Don't trust their billing. They took 4 months to complete my claim and expected payment immediately even though they took my credit card information the day of my lab visit. I have a primary and secondary insurance. My primary pays 90% of lab work. The secondary pays 100%. With that said, LabCorp should have only received the remaining 10%, yet they were paid 100% of their contracted rate from both insurers. Plus, my primary paid them the remaining 10% that I would have owed, so I had no balance, yet they continued to send me a bill 4 months later, trying to squeeze what they can out of me. The were paid immediately by the insurers, by the way. Is this why insurance rates are so high because places like this are collecting twice? They say they will retract the claim, but I want to see proof. I don't have this issue with Quest. This was my first experience with LabCorp and last. I do not recommend them to anyone.
Horrible services, waited for an hour just to get the message that the office is CLOSED and Come back tomorrow. Extremely bad attitude does not care bout their customer, I felt I was in a prison.
The hiring manager for Microbiologist lab in Miami location was very desrespectull. After I had a phone interview with her, she emailed Talent management and copied me. She said that I was nothing different of a regular other tech. She did not review my master background. She also said that I was very personable which I still don't know what she means. I suggested that hiring decisions could send via email as hire or not hire. People don't deserve to receive a such offensive and unprofessional feedback.
I went to labcorp in East Orange and they stick me 6 times say that they can't find my veins and recommend if I go to another location and give me the Lady name who works with labcorp for 30 years at the labcorp in ferry street Newark her name is Ilsa oh my goodness this woman is so professional it's not funny I told her what happened at the other locations I go and she said don't will be done today, the Lady just clean the area and feel for the pulse and boom the blood start coming out in a second she is done, i could not believe it I hope labcorp paying this lady handsomely, because most of the other locations like in East Orange when they can't handle their cases they are sending it to t this lady to do it I am talking base in my experience, Ilsa thanks so much I couldn't stop talking about you today I appreciate you a lot.
I had a patient complaint because labcorp resulted the wrong test. There is no real person to talk to about this and the patient not only had to pay for the wrong lab but never got her record corrected.

I went to Labcorp on Westbay Drive in Bellair, FL. I needed for a test for employment, and they had done that to me before. The first time I had to come back and took the forever to send the results.
I exercise and drink lost of water and the woman said my urine was diluted.
Instead to ask me to come back latter that fat bastard took the urine and then told me

Billing dept 0-stars. After an accidental double pay in November 2020, I finally got my refund on 4/1/2021. If only I could charge you interest.

They sent me to collections for a Bill that I NEVER received, When I realized that this was on my Credit Report I contacted them, they said they were sending the bill to another address, I updated my information with them, and still I never received anything! They are reporting my credit every week for a service that I don't even know If I received!
This is Scam, Abuse practices, wrongdoing to a customer! I will file a complaint against there everywhere I can! I have called them for a year now and nothing has been resolved!
Last week I went Labcorp at 69-12 Austin St.
Unfriendly staffs, rude, poor english accent, room without sun ray, humid. I promise never come to this place anymore!. They have to rotate the staffs, move to other branch so they don't feel as if they own the place, not like king and queen. They never pick up the phone. Is there any more company except LabCorp. I'm sick of them
This organization will not provide service if you do not put a credit or debit card on file. Then you are required to sign a document authorizing them to charge your card if your insurance doesn't pay or you have copayments. If you refuse you will not be seen. Then they charge your credit card without a courtesy notification nor do they send you an invoice. I will get my labwork done elsewhere going forward.
All your labs close at 2,3, or 4? How about having hours for normal folks that work for a living? And try posting the actual time you quit taking patients? Instead of saying you're open till 4, try accurately posting that you quit taking patients at 3:30 so that someone doesn't have to leave work early only to be turned away at 3:45? And prep all day by drinking loads of water, or better yet, fasting? Kinda crummy if you ask me? This would be in Carson City. Bad deal.
Awful from beginning to end. Husband had to do a 24 hour urine collection for kidney stones. We sent out the sample with the included FEDEX label. Fedex was supposed to deliver within 24 hours, but took 4 days, so the sample was thrown out--except nobody told us. It took 3 weeks of emails to find out what had happened. Then they wanted us to re-do everything. Except FedEx is the carrier *they* contracted with--so what guarantee do we have it won't happen again? Nothing. We got silence, no apology, no assurances at all. Waste of time.
Made an appointment online, when I checked in I was informed by a nurse that their computers were out of order for few last days and that their telephone didn't work either. So they sent me to another location. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the receptionist I got treated with very unfriendly customer service.

I went to AFC Urgent care for both the covid and antibody tests. I was told that it generally takes 2-4 days for results. AFC tells you to create an account at labcorp.com to view results. After a week there were Still had no results posted in my labcorp account. Finally I resorted to calling my county health department to see if my test had been reported by the lab. It HAD been reported and I got my results that way. I am still logging on to labcorps website... with no results. If you are having trouble getting your results CALL YOUR COUNTY HEALTH DEPT.
If there is a no star, this would be the rating of this location. We arrived at 7:55 AM on Saturday. There was a line and I was the 5th person. The lady opened the door at 8 AM and we were asked to check-in on the kiosk. I did complete the check-in for my wife, who is a nursing mother. After that, I was asked to wait a text message. The person who checked in after me, received the text and I did not. I talked to the lady, and she rudely said " Are you sure you are before him?" I said: Yes. She did not take the time to fix the situation and I did not receive any text. She asked me after 15 minutes of waiting to do the process again! I asked my wife to switch with me and I will take care of our 5-month son. Later on, the rude lady did the check in herself while my wife was standing. Then my wife was inside and they threatened her to call the police if she does not step outside! It was raining and there was a problem in their kiosk and they did not have the human decency to fix this trouble. I called my wife after another 15 min of waiting for a text message and asked her to leave. I stepped in one more time and said:" I will call the corporate". I left and there were two police officers who just arrived. I was already in the car. I parked in another spot and walked toward the police officer and said sir excuse me. I am the guy who they call the police for. I explained the whole situation and he was very understanding. He said: There is no case at all. I left and I have a sore feeling in my heart because my wife did not have her lab done. I will not stop at this review, I will escalate this to the CEO of LabCorp. This place should be a medical facility, people who run it does not know anything about medicine.
I'm not sure its possible to have a worse experience attempting to get a lab then at this location. Who knows really? I eventually left without ever getting mine. Made my online appointment. Got my text telling me to come in my tech was ready for me. Discovered an entire tiny waiting room crammed with other people. The guy briefly at the desk vanished with no explanation to anyone about what was going on and never returned. The one staff I saw left the building to smoke in the parking lot. Just chaos and exceptionally poor customer service--good luck if you choose this place for anything other then a study in how to completely misrun what should be a simple operation and process.
First off I want to state that the phlebotomist that I worked with was excellent little timid but that's fine We all got to start somewhere. Secondly your staff member Maci Howell deemed necessary to walk up to the front desk and discuss the fact that she used to work with me while simultaneously stating in front of everybody in the waiting room and the other staff that I was the laziest fleb she has ever worked with. For starters she doesn't know my life story so she has no right to say anything secondly is that really how you want your company viewed. Personally I have nothing against her she was good at what she did and handled the stress of working in the hospital better than most in fact the last day of her working there I even told her that. I'm just wondering is if it's allowed and okay to make these kind of comments about customers/patience what else are they doing that is unethical and in a business that it is under the highest scrutiny out of any other business format. You were going to allow people to work there and have an environment that is hostile towards its clientele base and is reminiscent of something children would do at a high school.
Very rude employees. Never opens on time. Will not help even the handicapped. I would avoid that office if at all possible. If your doctor and insurance works with Quest they are a better option and in the same building.
