I placed an order on the first of December and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I got one item out of my order and made sure that when I placed my order none of the items were coming from china. So why did I get an e-mail saying that both the items were coming from china? They also said things from china ship in 25 days, well it has been 31 and still no movement. Very disappointed will never buy from here again!

Kokopiecoco is a great site with aesthetically pleasing items! I ordered during Black Friday so I knew what I was getting myself into. I got my things within the business time period at 24 business days. BUT I do have to say that I didn't even receive a tracking number till like almost 15 days after my order. But even when I did get my tracking number it didn't tell me much anyways! All it said was that my items were still in China and it had left to Shanghai mind you it's been 15 days. Couple days later I check again and it's been shipped to the U. S okay everything's fine right? No. I still don't know the location of my package and where it may be all I know is that it got shipped to the U. S and I can't even track it anymore cause the tracking number is supposedly only for the Chinese market system. So other than that my experience was okay. The skirts I had order came in great condition but I would much rather next time order off of another site unless you want to be clueless almost all of the time of where your package is and want it to come in your mailbox as a surprise.

I ordered over $100 USD worth of clothes on the 12th of December and it's now the 1st of Jan and i was sent an email saying some of my objects are on their way yet on the website, it only says my shipment is confirmed and has no tracking information and says part of my order is complete yet ive never received it and there is no tracking information. I've emailed them with no response and i'm very annoyed since these were christmas gifts

I was really looking forward for my trousers that I bought on Black Friday, but when I put on the crotch area was pretty tight. Everything else fit me as a large like it should, but that area was on the tighter side. Not only that, the tread of the pants was coming undon. I really like the stores designs and all but this looked nothing like the model was wearing. The fabric looked so cheap. I can't return it and now I just have to deal with, oh.

All orders since Black Friday have longer processing and shipping times due to the high volume of orders received. Normally, our processing times are 5 business days, however, due to the high volume of orders received during our sales our processing times are longer than usual.
This is the busiest time of year for kokopie.

Kokopie is an honest and high quality shop. I've purchased over $500 worth of items from them and I have never been disappointed. Most of the haters of Kokopie are not aware of how small business function. Their products are relatively expensive compared to forever 21, H&M, and Hollister. This is because the items are originally designed and ethically made. Their shipping prices are also higher because it's an individual team shipping and processing your items. Not Chinese workers that are paid horribly and suffer in sweatshops. I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't care about small businesses like Kokopie. Please think before you complain, harass, or hate on a creator.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered two skirts, both SMALL, and the first skirt fit well but the second one was soooo tight, it was so ridiculous because they're both SMALL. And as soon as I got them I sent them an email for an exchange, but now it's been 4 days already since I sent them two emails and I haven't gotten any reply! This website is so unprofessional, lowkey a scam. Don't ever buy from here, the items are so overpriced you can just reverse search their products in google and find similar ones for cheaper in AliExpress.

I order the sheer jacket in blue with a rainbow trim in the size small and the baby blue high waisted skirt in medium. Everything I got looked exactly what was shown the website, with the high waisted skirt it's made with a thick knit(?) material but it's really stretchy. But it's really nice because it's good in keeping in heat and helps prevent the wind blowing up. And lastly with the jacket it was really cute but it slightly itchy but that's too be expected with a sheer jacket. Also the packaging was so professional looking with everything being packed and tagged individually. And shipping took a week but tbh if shipping was a bit cheaper I would buy more from them. But overall I would totally recommend this brand to anyone. For reference I'm 5'6 and about 136 lbs I hope this helps anyone.

Love their clothing. Make sure you take your measurements before you get your size because their sizes run smaller than your average store, however I got an XL sweater and it fits and looks amazing. The quality is so nice on the colorblock tumblr sweater, it's a lot warmer than I thought it would be. Shipping took a little less than two weeks, and they were very responsive when I sent them emails. I have other stuff on the way and I'm very excited. Love Love!

I ordered 3 pieces from Kokopie a few months ago. I've always loved their brand and was happy I was able to add some of their clothing to my closet! I ordered the sheer jacket, eyelet jeans, and plaid suit set.

I usually wear a size L-XL or 10-12 US dress sizes, pants size 30.

The sheer jacket I ordered in a medium. It showed up within a week from Philly. This piece is an 11\10. Sizing is great, design is gorgeous and unique, and the shipping was fast!

The eyelet jeans I ordered in a 3X, the largest size they had. I usually would have ordered an XL but with some of these trendy shops you never know if the plus sized clothing will be true to tag. The jeans were being shipped from China, which the shop owner told me, so they took about 3 weeks to arrive. The tag had a size 31 on them, which isn't a truly plus sized. While the jeans are tight they do fit and they are gorgeous.

The plaid set I ordered during their preorder and it was also being shipped from China. They took around 2 months to arrive, but I was in constant contact with the shop owner who gave me updates all along the way. I ordered an XL, the largest size available. This was a two piece set, a jacket and pants. The jacket, while tight did fit, unfortunately the pants did not. I would estimate they were close to a size 6-8 US. I ended up gifting the set to a friend who adores it.

Overall my experience was very positive. If it weren't for the unpredictable sizing this review would be a 5.
