While their items are cute, I didn't receive my entire order. I ordered a skirt, a crop top, and socks. I got the socks and the skirt in the mail but not the shirt. I've e-mailed them 5 times and haven't gotten a response. Based on all these other reviews it seems like I got screwed over.

I have a friend that ordered from their site (which is why I decided to do so) and she loved it and had no complaints. I guess they pick and choose who gets all their items? Overall, I wouldn't risk it.

I probably shouldn't be writing this review because I just ordered the items a few weeks ago
But a couple of them just arrived in the mail and I feel like I should because there are so many bad reviews of this site and I feel like those reviews are going to scare away people from ordering things from this site. I got some of my stuff and it was really good quality yeah that's all I have to say don't be afraid of ordering from this site

I bought a bag last year (2018) during Black Friday, I've been waiting ever since then turns out that they have me the wrong "tracking number because their company in china made a mistake" now they want me to pay the shipping fee again, they gave me the option of a "free reshipment" or a "refund". I told them that I wanted a free reshipment then they said they couldn't. I asked for a refund they told they can't but they can offer store credit. I AM LOSING IT! IF THIS COULD BE A ZERO STAR RATING< THIS WOULD BE IT.

Ordered on Dec. 13,2018 and it is now Feb. 8, and I still am waiting for most of my order. I got all the cheap stuff around January but the good stuff, skirt, shirt, leggings has still not come, this company sends auto replys and I have shipping numbers but it states that my stuff has been sitting in one location for order a month, china is usually pretty good, so it makes me believe it is Kokopiecoco's issue. Will never use them again, and if they did they're job right, they would have a hell of a good company...

First, I'm a mom. Our daughter fell in love with the items on the site, like most of the young women here. We were hesitant, when we saw the negative reviews, but because of the positive reviews we purchased 6 items. Now, we wonder if the positive reviews are from actual independent customers or some underhanded marketing ploy. Our daughter received two items within 3 weeks. However, the other 4 items have yet to appear --- after 10 weeks. Our queries have been ignored. Based on our experience, and the experience of countless of other Kokopiecoco customers, it's our opinion that this company must be making a bundle by just shipping out a couple of the items that have been ordered, and then pocketing the rest of the money.

I saw all the sketchy reviews about how long it would take to receive items. I knew what I was getting myself into. I also knew this was a small business who has a small team, so I decided to give them a chance. I bought two outfits. Just for the record, the shipping price actually shocked me when I saw it. I can't remember what it was, being as that was months ago. However, I was patient. At first, they were pretty quick to respond to my emails (maybe 1-2 days, like their policy states). After about a month and a half, I finally received my first item: a red skirt.

Now, the skirt was amazing. Almost two months worth amazing? Debatable. However, it was better quality than most the stuff I bought from dollskill. This was a shock to me. But one thing was missing... the shirt I bought the skirt with, and my entire other outfit?

I suppose they will be sending these items separately because that would be the positive outlook of this situation. I emailed them about three times now. It's been about two weeks since my first email and they have yet to respond. So, they basically just completely stopped responding to my emails. I have no helpful* tracking information for anything I've ordered.

I was also informed that they say on their website they don't support sweat shops, but have one set up in China.

SUMMARY:
Their clothes, from what I can tell (the one item I've received out of 4) is good quality. However, it's not worth the time, the shipping price, the lack of customer service and blatantly not knowing where your stuff is 99.9% of those months it takes to actually get to you. I wish I knew of a better alternative website because I really did enjoy the skirt I received.

I ordered 3 shirts and 1 skirt. 1 of the shirts were free. I appreciate the free shirt but the shipping made no sense. They sent the free shirt first and I got it in a few days (it was actually pretty fast). Fast forward a month and I finally get confirmation that the rest of my order was shipped. I go look to see the tracking number and see that only one of the items have the number. Hopefully they sent the whole order and I don't have to wait on China shipping for every aricle of clothing sent one month apart. I understand if they have a place here in the US and they just didn't have the stock to send it all, that's fine. I'm still waiting on the clothes so I will be back in a month with an update.

Me and my bf ordered stuff for on cyber monday. One hat, one xl shirt, and a outfit set for myself. The hat arrived first and we were emailed and told our other items would arrive together later on. It's now January of THE NEXT YEAR and we just got the xl shirt. Except it wasn't an xl. They sent us a medium and a note saying "sorry xl out of stock :/" ? Like WHAT? Just wait until it comes back in stock? And my outfit set is nowhere to be found despite saying its "arrived". $#*! store. Don't recommend.
