I ordered an under amour hat for my husband for Christmas and was sent the wrong color. It was ugly! I emailed the customer service and drove the hour and half round trip to return it to the store to be exchanged faster. The sales clerk and I ordered it together. I received my package today to get the same wrong hat I did not want! Beyond frustrated I try calling the toll free number on my shipping papers to get disconnect tones. I look on the website and found a different number. I call and they tell me I had to go through the same crap again. I refused and asked for a supervisor. I hate having to be nasty because their just trying to do their job but it was ridiculous! After arguing and yelling he told me to keep or donate it and I would be refunded and fix the website. I will never shop their website again which I did enjoy very much until this awful experience.

Ordered 14 items on 11/23, all were ready for shipment by 11/27 all money was deducted from my bank account on 11/29. Fast forward to 12/7, tv still not shipped, go on chat, they are making my issue a "high priority"! Doing an "investigation"! Will hear back via email 24-48 hours. 12/10 no word, chat again. Told that my order was cancelled due to the tv being sold out, I was upset, wanted a tv. My money was going to be refunded. 12/11, expecting my refund... nothing call and am told that my refund was processed successfully, I will get an email when the tv is available, I can purchase for same price and he added a couple of promo codes. 12/12 no refund chat again am told that they are "investigating" why my tv wasn't shipped, duh, I can tell you that, making my issue a "high priority". Told them to cancel my order and refund my money, that a manager needed to be notified. He said it takes 7 business days to refund my money, I ask if it's 7 days from today, yes it is! Why not 7 days from the 7th? Call 800 # told that another dept. is investigating and trying to find me a tv, (I ordered another from Walmart Monday night). Asked for a supervisor, he too tells me a refund will be sent, I asked for a date he said 7 working days, I said "no I want a date" he counts and says December 18th! Never notified that the item was sold out, found documentation that money would not be taken until item shipped. Found many complaints on line today, thinking that a class action law suit needs to be filed! I will be visiting my bank tomorrow, with all documentation, including screen shots of chats, cell phone records of phone calls, original order and cost and screen shot of my tv sitting in my account not shipped! I am sure I will get assistance and direction from them as to my options. Would like to see Kohl's no longer permitted to debit accounts!

Never received item

I ordered a kids shopping cart for our granddaughter on Nov. 24. My Kohl's app says it would be delivered between Nov 30 - Dec 1. The order is now marked closed. I never received it and called customer service. I was told it would be delivered yesterday. I still did not get it.
I only other thing I have ordered on Kohls.com was a pair of shoes. When they arrived they were a size too big and the order was clearly marked with the correct size. So far, not impressed!

I spent 45 minutes trying to order winter boots online with my 30% off coupon I received in my email. I could not figure out why the promo code wouldn't take. I thought maybe I just needed to use my Kohl's charge to make it work. Nope. Still wouldn't take. So after poking around, I go back and read the fine print in the email about the coupon. There is an asterisk listing that there were exclusions on certain brands. So I go ahead and click to see what is excluded. Guess what was excluded? EVERYTHING! Name the brand of an item, Kohl's excludes it!

Horrible waste of time

Ordered a Fitbit Alta for Christmas while it was on the Black Friday sale. Recieved an email on Saturday morning that the my order was cancelled because the item wasnt available. The item WAS available when I bought it, but apparently Kohls decided it was fine to sell something that had already been purchased. Had Kohls been honest, perhaps I could have bought a Fitbit on a Black Friday sale elsewhere. I have been a Kohls customer for a long time, but after this horrible and ridiculous experience I am done. I recieved some Kohls cash from some other purchases I made, but once I have spent that I will NEVER shop Kohls online or in store again.

Ordered several clothing items. Package arrived missing 2 pants and had, instead, items we did not order. After at least 2 calls and several emails their suggestion is to reorder the pants (we have not been refunded for the first order yet!) and they want us to carry the miss shipped items to our nearest Kohls (30-40 minutes away at our own expense. We are through with Kohl's. I told my wife we are only shopping from the local mall or Amazon.com and we are cancelling our Kohl's card. PS Try to hire a few English speaking customer service reps so they can understand our complaints - constantly had to try to describe the problem to people who didn't understand us. Goodbye to Kohl's and good riddance.

Ordered something online and then had to cancel it within 10 min. Of ordering and they won't let me cancel it, they say it is already in transit and need to send it back after I get it. At my cost or take it to a Kohls near me 30 min. Away! They say there is no hassle cancelling or refunds, but that is a lie! Not to mention I could not speak to a USA rep or manager there are none available! I tried to cancel within 10 min. Of ordering and it was to late it was already in transit? Shame on you Kohls for poor customer service but also for selling out to over sea's company's when we buy the stuff here in the good ole USA! What happened to keeping our money in our country? Is it to much to ask to keep our money where we spend it?

Love that Kohls cash!

Kohls have great deals that make up for the overpriced items. I am hooked on the Kohls cash I can use this on sale items too. I bought my husband some shorts that were 35.00 marked down to 8.80 used my $10 Kohls cash, zero dollars out of pockets.

Easy online browsing and shopping; I don't shop often, but if I really need something, Kohls is my first thought! Especially around Christmas time, who wouldn't like a gift or two from Kohl's?

We ordered fine china from Kohls.com. We ordered service for eight, but they delivered service for four. She. We called customer service, they were unable to tell us if a second box had been shipped. Their system was just so antiquated, that they had to create a case, assign an investigator and in 72 hours (!) they would let us know. Reakly? Amazon would have solved it in two minutes on the phone in the unlikely event we couldn't see for ourselves online. The incompetence of this company is staggering. DO NOT SHOP AT KOHLS.COM!

Recieved a pair of running shoes as a gift. The shoes were in the closet for a period of time and I decided to exchange them for a different style. I went to Kohls customer service to get a fair exchange for a different pair of shoes. My pair had a Kohls sticker of $59.99 on the box. The woman there took 25 minuets trying to look up the shoes on the computer. She was 10 feet from me, called another girl over and wispered to her to tell me the shoes were not found on their computer and can offer me FIVE DOLLARS for the brand new pair of their shoes. I was infireorated that their policy states "no receipt- no problem". Ladys and gentlemen buyer beware of this farce of a statement. If you lose your receipt or somehow end up with no paperwork you will be better off selling your Kohls wares at a garage sale. Company is overated and their policy is a lie. Never comming back!

Even though I was set up on an auto payment the Kolh's department shut it off without me knowing and charged me late fees that were as much as the payment. This has happened to me multiple times and the only way to fix it is to pay off your balance completely. Be aware that that you might be taken advantage of like me and they could even mess up your credit!

Shopped on numerous websites to find the perfect comforter set and found it on Kohls. Ordering online went easy and smoothly, shipping was fast, product is absolutely perfect and as described. Only issue, European shams are 26x26 so hard to find forms to fit but not a big deal. Love the beautiful tan embossed fabric and looks so elegant on our bed. Thank you

Horrible website

Seems every time I attempt to order on line I get so frustrated that bail out. I have the support for browser info, and it appears there should not be a problem because I am using IE11. Just completed an order for 2 items, should not have more than a few minutes. After an hour, continually making me login throughout the order. I finally submitted the order. VERY SLOW for everything to load, and when I added my wallet to the order, it made me login once again. When I got back to the shopping cart the "wallet" dollars were not there! Had to add them in again and I hit submit order. This is not the first time I've had these problems. It won't take much more grief and I will be done with them as well. Glad I saw these reviews. When I make payments I'll be sure to make sure they go through. So you know there is nothing wrong with my computer or any other website I go on. I do not use my phone or tablet, only my desktop with a solid state hard drive, normally fast as can be.

Cheat

Do not use Kohl's they cheat big time, I keep on telling customer service people that my auto payment not working and still i was paying my balance on time since last 2 years, still because of them i lost 58 points from my credit score when auto payment did not deduct $10 balance in my account. I am done with Kohl's, guys please be aware. I have been never late in any payment till now on any of my accounts, because of these guys, i had to looes 58 points from my credit score

I called-- yes, I found a telephone number from a store--their customer service. I pushed the button to talk to someone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. My phone battery died. I gave up.

It took my over 1/2 hour to figure out the web site to order a package of socks. Totally confusing, especially about shipping to the store and store pickup. They need to learn how the Chinese do a web site. Buy something there in 2 minutes.

Purchased a number of items for Christmas presents and entered the incorrect mail to address. As soon as I found out that I had made this mistake I called Kohls and spoke to a rep. They advised that they would correct the problem and to call them again the next day. Called Kohls the following day only to be advised that a second package had been mailed to the incorrect address. Rep stated she was sorry and asked me to contact the shippers to advise them about the incorrect address. I called both UPS and OnTrac and was advised that only the shipper can make changes to the ship to address. Called Kohl again, I was advised that a third package of the four was mailed to the incorrect address. Again Kohl stated that they would resolve the issue. No response from Kohls other than an email advising that I can place another order with them and get 20% of and free shipping. Called Kohls again to be advised the fourth package was also mailed to the incorrect address. They advised me to drive 300 miles to see if I can pick up the packages from the incorrect address. I again advised them that I had contacted them days ago before the 2nd, 3rd and 4th packages had been shipped and they never corrected the problem. Kohls again advised that they will reroute the packages once they are returned to the shipper. Again I received a general email offering 20% off on my next order. Called Kohls again regarding status since no packages were received to date and they stated that the packages were resent to me again TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS! I asked to have a supervisor call, but never received a response, no refund or any of the merchandise. Will never purchase again from this company!

When the lady in front of me has a 30% and I have a 15% and I spend thousands of dollars at Kohl's it is the most unfair thing ever. I do like Kohl's merchandise it is way way overpriced but if I have a 30% I feel like I'm getting a deal anything lower than that I feel like I'm definitely getting ripped off. You need to do away with these coupons and just have a sale with 30% coupon it's just not fair especially to those who spend a lot a lot of money on their credit card at Kohl's!

They are very professional. My orders are always on time. The one time I had a issue with an order it was fixed so fast I was in SHOCK! LOL. They have the BEST customer service I have ever come across via the web. Wish I could give MORE STARS!
