Kogan first is last, The supposed free trial wasn't actually even checked it was just an automatic oversight on my iPhone purchasing phone data. There was no notification at debit point was benefits for the late delivery and extra cost for postage no that wasn't in fact I paid extra postage and they never rang me they didn't respond to shabby merchandise they didn't do anything in fact it's just a scam this new so Called Kogan Membership

Bought a Kogan Dehumdifier. After four-five months of use it stopped working. It turns on but no longer sucks out the water. I actually liked the product so I asked for a replacement as under Australian Consumer Law they are required to if the product does not work.
Moron representative Dahlia T expects me to film an 8 hour video of it not sucking out water. Not sure how stupid you can get.
Buyer beware free shipping is not free shipping when you buy from Kogan. A week later you'll find they have debited an amount from your credit card for shipping. Daylight robbery! When you email to question, you just get told they don't refund. There's no customer care. All they want is your money!

Very poor quality and service. I highly recommend please don't purchase anything from kogan. This is the worst purchase site in Australia.
I purchased tv from them and took extended care warranty paid lots of extra for warranty. Tv not worked over all one year and stopped on off. Now two months passed since then kogan customer care not resolving. Not replying because you can reach them only by email. Every time different staff replies (if they do) and they doesn't know anything about this. Very frustrating and sick from this.
So please never use kogan if you wanna save your money and time.
Do not purchase from Kogan. They take no responsibility for the inadequacy of their sellers if there is a problem. After 4 weeks of waiting for an item and countless emails it was the intervention of Paypal that saved the day. It was unnecessary. Kogan should have dealt with it.
Kogan has the worst customer service.
There is no phone number to call, all emails.
They offer a call back service but will never call you.
They offer next day dispatch but that really means next week dispatch.
Any questions asked about your order will result in longer delays and holds on your order.
Recently Kogan was caught and fined by the consumer watchdog for marking all its prices up 10% and then having a 10% off store wide sale.

Purchased a bicycle late July. Kogan says they dispatched it. Courier company says never dispatched, although an entry note with a tracking number was created. Going back and forth with the helpdesk since it is the only mode of communication. Your emails are replied after 24hrs and sometimes more. Keep saying the same thing informing they are investigating. Its been over a month and still no resolution. The item was $200 with $50 for delivery, so not cheap to just forget about it. It may be a case Kogan never intended to fulfill the order. The same item is now on pre-sale with delivery in February 2021. I believe, when i purchased the item, they really did not have a it in stock. Very bad practice.

Buyer beware! Once you purchase something from Kogan you can forget about hearing from them again. No contact phone numbers. Worst delivery ever! Ordered a washing machine. Advert stated delivery in 2 business days. Waited 5 days for 75kg machine to be dumped in middle of dining room with big mess of polystyrene all over floor. Paid for "Kogan First", Paid for Extra Warranty, Paid for Premium Delivery, Paid for Freight Protection. I was informed by transport company that the machine would be installed in place for me. The transit bolts were left on the machine. I weigh 55kgs. How am I supposed to move a 75kg washing machine in to the laundry. I now have a washing machine blocking the bathroom entrance in my dining room! How am I supposed to get in to the bathroom? Its Saturday afternoon so I guess I will get in to my bathroom on Monday when I can get someone to move the machine for me. No phone numbers to contact Kogan. Asked driver to put machine in laundry and was told: "We don't do that!" No response from delivery company! Will NEVER buy from Kogan again!
Does the machine work? How would I know, I don't have any taps in my dining room.
Well today l got an answer back from Eciplse Technology staring they would exchange the Iosd 2 to an Ipad4. This came about after l advised them l was doing a negative review re the issue where l found no understanding of the issue at hand. So yes l can report a positive outcome now. Not without many emails and my advising if the review. So l am

Purchase an item that wasn't as described. Because I opened the box they refused to allow a return. Also impossible to phone anyone in customer service. What a crap company
I advised KOGAN my remote was faulty at the beginning of August. It took about 5 days and having to email asking for a response and comment about the poor customer service experience on Facebook before KOGAN advised the remote would leave their (australian) warehouse on 12. 08. 20 and that I would recieve tracking information.
I emailed KOGAN for an update on 17. 08. 20 & also today 19. 08. 20 and have had no reply.
I commented on KOGAN'S Facebook again about their poor service. I did not use any bad language and stated facts like "ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE" and amazingly got a quick response from KOGAN.
They deleted my Facebook comments and blocked me on KOGAN Facebook and KOGAN Facebook Messenger and still have not responded to my email.
If only KOGAN "did what they said they would" and send my remote and tracking information, instead of dodging bullets.
Not only is KOGAN'S customer services ZERO but they don't appreciate criticism.
I have been shopping with Kogan now since 2015. I have bought several large items during this time and have never had any cause for complaint.
My most recent purchase, a heater, was delivered just over a week ago. I have been simply delighted with this latest purchase! It is cheap to run, very decorative, warms up the area very adequately, and it has a safety feature of cool touch. This last is important for me since I have three children in the house all day, ranging in age from 18 months to 4 years.
I highly recommend Kogan for customer service, attention to detail and an easy shopping experience.
I have several more purchases to make before the end of the year for my business, and I will definitely be shopping with Kogan for those.

Very poor customer service. Bought a new fridge which had scratches on it when it arrived. They wouldnt replace or provide discount although they didn't provide a suitable product. Customer service was terrible. Would not recommend products or company.
I purchased 3 mobile phones i received only 2 in the post and can not get a reply from kogan I keep asking for a phone number to contact them directly about this matter but they refuse.
Thieves better to pay a little extra and go to Harvey Norman or jb hi fi
Without my knowledge or permission I was charged membership to kogan first. It became impossible to withdraw from this scam and resulted in having to cancel my credit card. Will never buy from this unscrupulous mob again.
I bought something from Kogan online - fully paid at checkout. But I decided to cancel the order because of the long delivery time. So a credit of $25.99 was in my account but the credit has an expiry date! I have never heard of such policy and I dont think it is fair for such as it is my money and it is not a credit from Kogan. I dont think I will deal with Kogan ever again!
Purchased an electric bike and it gave my son a shock and caught on fire they will not provide a phone number just emails telling you that if it's returned there are costs involved see you in court pricks
