I attempted 4 times to cancel membership by writing to the help desk and go to the website. This time I hope I can stop kogan to charge the membership fee to my credit card. Or it is better to cancel the credit card.
The instruction was not clear. Circle and circle and you cannot cancel it. On the 4th time, the instruction was clear but they already charged the fee for 4 months. The amount is small and they hope the customer will not be upset and make it public. Maybe that is the way they run their company to make their profit. I shall never use this company again.
I signed up to the Kogan First 14-day free trial when I purchased an item from Kogan. When I tried to cancel my ‘free trial' Kogan ‘customer service' told me that because I purchased an item and received free shipping they would not refund my $49 Kogan First fee. After four emails to Kogan they told me that as a gesture of good will (pfffft!) they would refund me the membership fee minus the $14.99 postage I already accessed.
The terms and conditions state:
‘If you cancel your Kogan First membership during the free trial period, you will incur no fees or other charges for the membership. Your Kogan First trial will end immediately and you will no longer receive any Kogan First benefits.'.
Kogan is dodgy and is out to scam customers to increase revenue.
I paid for caravan air-conditioner. $1600. 00. KOGAN did not deliver it. They refused to believe me. Made me lodge Stat Decs. They refused when I asked them to provide me with a Statdec. It was over a month before I got my money back
Worst contact system of any online service. I have been trying to contact them for a item not received. There is no question for customers not receiving orders in time.
Unnecessary multiple online direction to go around around again to inform the problems but never worked. You guys are sending 100s mails without asking customers but no reply for all your emails. Please do not frustrate yours customer and be a responsible on line seller with a bloody phone line to serve customers struggling to contact you. This review is to improve your service if u take it constructively.
Its a very job, to claim your orders, after they had been paid, but NOT delivered!. I am very dissapointed with Kogan. They are using dishonest sellers, under their own Website, so be careful, because the majority are rookies, trying to make money, in a very irresponsible manner.

Did not send correct item... to make matters worse, they didn't even have it in stock. So... they are just selling items online they don't actually have stock of? And just hoping you'll make do with whatever replacement they deem to send. Made it infuriatingly difficult to return items. Horrific customer service. Never, ever again.
I'm assuming these two duvets were made in China, feather/down, but there's no brand other than Kogan. Cover obviously too permeable. Returns for online stuff just too complicated, and expensive. Very disappointed.
Ordered a power board from one of there marketplace sellers and they sent me the wrong one, 6 weeks later after dozens of email, being lied to and palmed of there finally sending a envelope so I can send it back. Let me make this clear, you for not get support with Kogan, they operate as if Fair Trade rules don't apply, very predatory business.

Damaged washing machine I bought for my daughter, took 5 weeks to resolve.
Faulty hair curler bought mid April still not resolved.
Washing machine I bought for myself had to drive a mile to collect from truck because he didn't want to deliver on a dirt road.

I bought an Iphone 7 as a gift it wasn't working so i took it to apple to activate it, they said this is not compatible with Australian system it was sold first in 2016 in japan so after couple of month back and forward emails they accept to exchange and then after 2 month the new one started to be faulty & sounded terrible, we just stopped using it a year after i found out they are charging us $10 every month since last year as they claim i signed up for dodgy membership which at the moment trying to cancel it, the most dodgiest customer service ever if you want to save your self headache don't buy from these guys: (
As the title states, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They simply do not respond to any emails regarding goods purchased. Will never purchase anything from them again. AVOID!
After countless emails, which they take days to reply to by the way. Waiting four weeks for my table to arrive, they tell me they are out of stock? Never again
I recently purchased 4 products from 2 different sellers. Both sellers did not have the products in stock. No communication from the sellers, had to wait over a week to find out they had no products. Now I'm still waiting for a refund. Kogan is blaming me for purchasing from their resellers and taking no responsibility for the poor service. I was a customer and advocate of Kogan for 3 years. This is the first time I have had an issue and due to exceptionally poor service I won't be going back.

Scammers, do not respond to emails, ignores warranty, and all-around bad business. I have been waiting for a week for a return postage ticket and now they do not even reply to emails. Sad!
Ordered an item but automatically addressed to Previous address (a gift for a friend).
Upon realising my mistake contacted kogan customer service to rectify address almost immediately.
It was impossible to change the address online, I received an email response from Kogan customer Service,
Saying they will try their best and than another email saying that they will try and cancel my order and refund, so that i can order it again, I reordered the same item again, now I have the same 2 items going to different address and have paid for it twice, they responded later that it was out their hands and could not stop the order.
How is it acceptable for an ecommerce company, within minutes of order, I could not even change the address. This is the second time this has happened to me.?
Couldn't activate the sim card and when I tried again it didn't keep the voucher, so it requested me to pay $15
I bought the sim card that came with 15gb data which I appeared to lose because I couldn't register my visa debit card. If kogan weren't going to take money from my card why did registering my visa debit card fail? As I had no funds. Seems dodgy to me
Bought a pair of shoes for $85 - wrong size (not their fault) - cost me $15 to post back. Then I get given a voucher instead of a refund. I can't order the size I want as it is out of stock. So I order something else I don't really want...
Then I join Kogan First to get free postage - so in theory I should pay nothing for the replacement item. However I get charged $115 to my credit card. I ask why? They say 'Oh Kogan First' doesn't apply to your postcode!
So I have paid a total of $230 for a pair of shoes worth $85 which I don't have as they are not in stock! A complete joke!
Bought watch, charged TWICE. Nobody can be bothered answering my emails re this. But they were quick to take my money TWICE.

Product took 3 weeks to get here, arrived with out the operating dongle, Kogan flick you off onto a dodgy dealer who send you stupid emails that don't make any sense.
Kogan and there dodgy suppliers are not to be trusted, save your self a lot of time and heart ache & find a reputable dealer.
Kogan may have decent prices, but they don't offer returns. Instead they may you pay for shipping to return something and then only give you a Kogan credit and not your money back. Honestly I'd rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else. I've used them 3 times now thinking I had a once off and would not recommend or consider them again

Answer: Stay away from Kogan - I think you have by default signed up for some crap Kogan First Club - if you didn't unsubscibe within 14 days, they then hit you with a membership fee
