Received an email notification indicating that my textbook had arrived. Package was nowhere to be found. Waited 2 days, as the email suggested, but still no package. I reached out using the instructions provided, and what I received was the response attached here. No responsibility was taken for my lost package, and they had the gall to tell me I would be responsible for a rental that never arrived.

I am stunned at what passes for customer service with this vendor, and encourage everyone to think twice before making any orders with this company, lest they might like to find themselves in the same boat.

It was good overall. My only frustration was that my debit card was denied as it has an expiration date for 11/21. I had to use someone else's card to place my order and then pay them back. A little inconvenient.
