Update- After many unanswered emails I was able to get someone to reply to my cancellation request through Knetbooks' Facebook page. My order was finally canceled and the money was refunded.

My class already started and my textbook has not arrived. I asked for a status update and asked for a refund. Neither have been addressed. I just want my money back since I had to buy it elsewhere. Don't buy from them!

Great no issues! Awesome book service came in on time.

It was easy, the book got here quickly and I'm satisfied.

The loose leaf version was cheap and it arrived quickly in great condition.

It came when I needed it. Plus it came soon than excepted.

Easy, convenient and accessible. I don't have much more than this to say or express. I prefer hard copy but the way they are funneling students, in my personal experience, is towards digital. Ok, but why try and charge so much for what is a fraction of the effort to create. If digital is easier to produce, shouldn't that translate to cost as well? So I look for relatively low cost materials, and I found this title at knetbooks for a reasonable fee. Choice of function.

They told me it would ship within a day. Four days letter I decided to finally reach out and customer service told me the book was out of stick and they were on backorder. They never told me this info until I asked. Otherwise they weren't going to tell me and I was going to be stuck without my book for class. Then customer service was not helpful and rude. And then I still ended up having to pay the service charge even though it was their fault. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience.

I ordered a book from knetbooks on 8/15. Received a cancellation notice on 8/16 stating knetbooks couldn't find a supplier of the book I ordered. The order number on the order confirmation and order cancellation emails are different numbers. Then on 8/22 I receive a "delivery confirmation email" about my order from sitejabber.com. At this point I'm confused, I never received a book… I'm confused about the different order numbers. One order number which was cancelled and the other that thinks the book was delivered.

My order was cancelled with an email message: "Our internal system recognized irregularities in your payment information and automatically cancelled your order." I tried to reach to support but got no response.

The site was very easy to use. I was able to locate the textbook I needed quickly. The book shipped fast and was in great condition.

Order was on time and undamaged. The shipping status was up to date and reliable

Never received a response to my inquiry on my order status. Order status was in process for over a week.

I was a bit late getting my books from my college's bookstore, so I looked online and was gonna purchase from Amazon, but because I had Honey, I found this site and it was WAY cheaper.
