I ordered my book a week and a half ago and still have not received it. I paid for quicker shipping so I could get my book faster. I have sent them TWO emails for help on finding out where my book is and NO RESPONSE. I called a number that I had to search high and low for only ti be told that the number is no longer in service. They have already charged my card, but I have no book and no way of contacting them or knowing where my book is. Very disappointed and will never is this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone looking for books to never use them either. Horrible company.

I have not received my order after past due of one week. No notification or explanation email received for the delay.

Was in great condition for my class and was fast shipping which helped me be prepared for my class.

If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. I tried to rent a book from Knetbooks and they said it would take about 3 to 4 days to get delivered. It took 3 weeks. And after emailing the customer service to get a refund or at least an update, I was promised a response within 2 days. It took a week to get one reply. I have since returned the book that I needed half the semester ago, and still have not received my refund after a week and a half. Also, if I ever do get my refund back, it is just a partial refund. They took my money when they did nothing at all for me! I did not get my book on time at all, did not get any help from this site or their customer service, and did not even look at the product and still could not get all my money back. Partial scam in my opinion. Just a heads up that you can definitely find a cheaper and much more efficient option for any textbook that you need rather than going through Knetbooks. I ended up finding a digital version of my book that was even cheaper than this rental from Knetbooks, and I do not have to return it, I purchased it and get to keep the download. Do good research to save your money, so Knetbooks won't take it while you get nothing in return!

Books are great,will order again prices were cheap and shipping time was good

After ordering the book expedited shipping, I never received it. After the date was due to arrive I checked the order status. It said the order was still processing. I messaged the company. I later learned they did not even have the book in their warehouse. I then cancelled my order but was still charged the expedited shipping fee, for a book the company does not even have available to deliver. So bascially, I was charged over $25.00 for the experience or ordering a book for them, trying to figure out why it never came, and then cancelling my order.

Don't purchase from here! They tell you books are in stock but then over 2 weeks later, still don't have the book!

Ordered it to be shipped faster but it took a week after standared shipping to arrive. I was also under the impression that this was a physical book instead I got a code.

I'm surprised there is sales tax on something you aren't selling, but are renting. But otherwise satisfied

I ordered a book for class and even though they advertised having it, they couldn't deliver. And they never informed me that they couldn't get the book. Only positive is that they did refund my money.

Still haven't received my book that was ordered expedited shipping in 8/30. Asked for status and they can't give me one. Told me would ship out on 9/7 and order is still processing. Horrible customer service! Do not order from here!

I like that renting is cheaper than buying. It was easy and cheap to order online.

I am going to use it for a class on drawing on the right side of the brain.

It was a good experience, the book arrived earlier than expected and it was in an acceptable condition.

I received the book I ordered and it's in good condition.
