Ten days and couldn't ship book. Refund was less than the amount they charged my credit card. Customer service didn't answer email until threatened.
I ordered a textbook from Knet, returned on time in perfect condition as I used the book only one time, yet they charged my credit card full replacement value of $382.91 due to water damage or maybe it never arrived, they were not sure. They did not return emails, have no phone number and offered NO proof my book was damaged in any way except the photo below. Seriously?! What book is this? Is it even the book I ordered? DO NOT ORDER from this company

I ordered books that were listed as in stock on the website. Even after contacting support they said that they were expecting to ship out in about a week. They just never shipped and I had to cancel the orders after a month.
It was great the book was in great condition to be borrowed(used) I will get all my books from them until I graduate
I received a message stating my order was delivered and when I checked my mailbox, it was not there. When I chatted with the representative, they let me know that it was delivered to the local UPS store. I didn't get a single notification that this was going to be the case and I have my correct mailing address on the order. The rep said I needed to contact the store "to shed some light on this unacceptable work ethic." That's a direct quote from the chat transcript. I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping and had to go pick the package up. If I hadn't reached out, I wouldn't have even known it was delivered there.
I have not received the book nor have I received. A response from customer service.

Ordered (for purchase) and had my order cancelled and (mostly) refunded three days later without any notification. Only way I knew was the refund showed up on my credit card. Notification so I could find an alternative should be an automatic part of their order system.
Placed order-3weeks later told my order was cancelled. Reordered same book based on the website info. Waiting for second order info. Received info cancelling an order I didn't place. Very confusing! If book originally ordered twice doesn't exist, why list on the website?
So far, so good. Will walt for the book I purchased to arrive.
I need a hard-to-find book. After I found the ISBN, I was able search the BookScouter app for it. Once I saw you listed it as available for sale, I instantly ordered it. The problem is that Knetbooks didn't actually have the book in stock, for which they promptly provided a full refund. I understand that books may not always be available but to list something as available and ready for purchase, then not have it in stock, seems a bit misleading. The bright spot in this transaction is that I did not need to ask for the refund as it was generated automatically due to the book not being in stock. I will continue looking on Knetbooks.com in the future and have even bookmarked it in my browser.

Answer: Infinity, because you will never receive it. And if you do receive it, it comes damaged and then when you try to return your rental that try saying the original damage is your fault and charge you a ridiculous price for a small damage that had already come with it. Or sometimes several pages are missing.
Answer: Hi Tatum, We do allow some highlighting in our rentals but we ask that you dont highlight excessively. If you return the rental back to us with over one-third of the text highlighted, we may have to mark the book as damaged. Highlighting can be distracting for future renters and we may not be able to add an overly-highlighted book back into our inventory. Consider using page flags to mark an important sentence. Flags can help you easily get back to the page you need. Page flags are also small enough that they can be used multiple times on the same page. Plus, they are really easy to remove from the textbook before you send it back at the end of the semester. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
