I had searched several stores for a particular item and finally found it online at Kmart. Three clicks and it was on it's way!
You "layaway" your items online and when you get close to paying it off... the items are no longer available. So they take your money for items and sell them to others. Your refund in 14 days minus the $10 layaway fee... because you did not fully pay off an item that is no longer available. No gifts for my little ones. 12 items out of 19 canceled because no longer available after I paid the entire balance. I will receive my refund 6 days aftet Christmas.
We went to kmart twice this week and came out of the store with nothing. The first time there was a shutdown through whole store. We were forced to leave and they missed out of our 80 dallors.The second time the lines were terribly long. When we got to the register the worker wouldn't give us our ten dallors off when we spent 30 dallors. I hate kmart.
I am only giving this 5 stars out of surprise they are still in business. KMarts are the ghetto version of WalMart and that is saying something.
Absolutely the worst of the worst if that's at all possible. kmart.com hiding behind sears. Com will offer nothing but fall-apart defective stuff. Returned items 3 times and will never shop there again. By the way... all their merchandise has a sears address. Awful.
I placed an order 2 weeks agao and as of today has not been shipped out yet. Money was removed from my checking account the day it was ordered. kmart.com refuses to cancel shipment and refund me my money... when you call customer service you get transferred to the Carribean or Phillippines where no on speaks english...
I am so much happy because their rates and service. Keep it up Kmart.
Kmart will actually order your size if not available in stores, they try to satisfy you, the rewards points are great, compared to other big stores they still believe in service. In stores after Xmas they will allow you one ornament from their tree free, at least where I live. You can order online even lay away! Great job Kmart
Update. The store on this side of town is closing, they went around store and marked up every single item, them put SALE on tag to fool people, this pisses me off a lot. I confirmed this with employee I ran into that I knew. So no deals to be found at" supposed close out sale"
But bummed closing I liked them despite this practice of close out, consumers Aren't stupid Kmart.
They are really trying to make your online shopping as normal as their in-store

Kmart has been through some very hard times and have been fighting to prove themselves worthy. Their merger with Sears is a good arrangement which allows many shared quality products to be displayed (Craftsman tools and Kenmore appliances). Most of their store is similar in size and layout to Target, Kmart's pricing is perhaps slightly more competitive. One nice advantage is that online shopping for Sears is also available at Kmart with the same incentives.
I have been a fan of Thom Mcan shoes since 1999. But now actual stores are hard to find, and when you do, there's no size availability. So the online store is the perfect solution.
Waste if valuable time. Can never find what I am looking for and if I do happen to find something, product is often not worth the money!
I've been ordering from Kmart for years. I always get the correct items, and they arrive quicker than expected. The only downside to ordering from Kmart is that they use UPS as their shipping company, at least for most items. I've had trouble with UPS over the years, but overall I've had a good experience with Kmart.
Someone loves this fine set of cosmetics it comes in a pink box really cute. Thought it was a great deal
Not enough cashiers when they need them, when they did add some cashiers the people who just walked up got in line first.
Bought kitchen stuff here last week as well as new clothes. So far its great for me.
I ordered a shirt and for no extra charge could have it sent to my home or to the store. It was a shirt that they no longer made and I could only find online. I even got the clearance price!
