Scattered mess is what Kmart is. A poor attempt at both a local mart and a big nkx store. Its where peope sho dont wamt to be seen go to shop.

Ive never been happy with kmart. There customer service is horrible, they never have there shelves stocked. Its just an overall HORRIBLE store

I have walked out before while waiting to checkout when lines moved unbearably slowly due to language challenges, pricing issues, crowds etc. Usually sufficient parking but that does not justify the crowds and very slow checkout service.

Kmart is OK they do got low prices but not the lowest in the game.

I used to really enjoy going to KMart, but it's a shell of its former self. Feels more like a second-hand store.

Kmart's product assortment leaves much to be desired, and yes I know they have national brands. Maybe its simply because the stores are run-down, dreary and the employees look tired, uninspired, they're not friendly and little to no service.

I feel embarrassed to shop in Kmart stores.

First I would suggest never purchasing anything online from Kmart and sadly I'd have to include Sears. Since the merger Kmart has been dragging Sears down. And I love Sears. Kmart used to be a decent company until they had to start competing with Walmart and thus Kmart started merchandising inferior products and their stores are not kept up well. The average Kmart employee will tell you they don't like their job.

I did an online order at kmart. They delivered that on time. Fast in delivery services

Have just used pick up in store. The prices are very good for the deals but the notification process for pick-up is not very reliable / fast.

This retailer is good if you need to stock up on something in a hurry and it happens to be nearby. The prices are average and customer service is quite decent. Yet, if I have time, I buy from other retailers that offer better products and more generous extended warranties.

There price are high even for memerber. They have a high trun over of employee because they treat the staff very poorly.

I stopped shopping because they decided to cancel most of my orders. I do not shop at Sears anymore either.

Tried to exchange a pair of 9.99 pair of slippers I received for christmas, I was told since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't even exchange them for another pair. Kiss my a$$ kmart! I have obtained the receipt and will be returning your product and go buy them somewhere else! I will never shop a Kmart again!

If you can find one, they always have a good deal. They keep switching up their product lines making consistency a thing of the past. Sears appliances seems to be their big selling point in communities without options...

Large range of merchandise. Reasonably priced. Get what you pay for really. Don't expect your purchase to last a lifetime

Kmart is always a pleasure to shop at. You find everything fast and there is a large selection and I rarely can't find what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Prices are great!
