SCAM! Do not book with this agency. When I arrived at the airport I print a 3 page ticket, on my connection flight they did not let me board because my ticket did not had my connection flight.
I had to lose my flight because they did not specified that I had to go out to print a new ticket and go through TSA again, the customer service was totally negligent and did not present any interest on resolving my issue. Again this is a total scam.
My flight was cancelled in August 2020 d/t Covid. Keep getting run around about my refund. Ridiculous! Do not use. It's now January 2022 and nothing! 0 stars
They still owe me money (£1000) dated 2019. They stole all the money customers paid them just before Covid lockdowns.
My booking was in January 2020, cancelled by British Airways in May 2020. Hundreds of DM's, emails and heartache later I'm still awaiting a refund. I've tried chargeback to my credit card which they disputed and won, I tried a Section 75 claim which wasn't accepted as Kiwi are a 3rd party and not the airline direct. Kiwi.com are basically thieves. You can't contact them by phone, they take months to respond to messages and when they do respond it's worthless (they just blame the airline) My next stop is to complain to Which and every other complaints and media (social and traditional) channel I can come up with, as they aren't getting away with this and I would encourage anyone else who has this experience (I. E everyone who booked with them just prior to the pandemic) to do the same.
I bought two flights with them for all my family, two days later they sent me a message that the flights were cancelled by the airline. I check in the airline the flight was not cancelled, they sold me tickets which didn't exist! I requested refund, they told me they will check my case and get back to me in 3 months! It has been more than that and no news from them. I spent 500euros in these flight tickets and it seems I won't ever see them back. I've tried to reach them by phone, email; social networks… nothing!
I bought the Kiwi guarantee because of the unknown surrounding covid travel thinking I am covered for most events. Come to find out I am covered for 1 event that rarely happens. That event is an airline cancellation, which is usually covered by the airline in the first place. Kiwi and their Guarantee is an absolute scam.
My flight out of my city of origin was cancelled due to an airport en route closing. I had the option to then rebook or receive a refund. Well I chose to rebook only to find out that I would be charged an extra $400. Okay whatever, typical for an airline to charge a rebooking fee + difference of the tickets. However, they decided to rebook me through an airport/country that wasn't allowing transit. Normally, I would double check the guidelines for the country/airport but seeing how my flight was cancelled when I was at the airport I chose to rebook for a flight later that day. So I assumed they would administer some customer service and check for me before making that a rebooking option. To my dismay, I boarded my flight got off at the next destination only for them to say, "Sorry, go back." I was forced to buy another ticket back to my city of origin, which I had to pay an asinine amount for out-of-pocket. And Since the airline never cancelled the flight I never got a refund on any portion of my round trip ticket.
TLDR: THIS COMPANY AND THEIR "KIWI GUARANTEE" IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During COVID travel just book directly with the airline so that you have an opportunity to recoup your money and save yourself the pain of hassling with this scummy company.

Worst service ever. The airline changed their schedule but Kiwi refused to give me an alternative flights the work for me. They do not let you to call them, only through messages. But it takes a few days to actually do something although replying messages were quick. But those are standard useless messages
One of the BIGGEST MISTAKES of my life. I did not check the reviews of Kiwi.com, due to my personal circumstances and I booked four tickets for my wife and myself. Spent around $4000 for total four travel.
We got notification for all the four travel that the the carries has changed partial booking and if we want to rebook we need to pay on an average $2000 extra per ticket. Which is more than double then the direct flight to our destination. According to their message we may get $250 refund in 90 days and it is not assured.
I had a hard time and my hard earned money is gone like this... Owner/s kiwi.com you will see the hardest time in your life... Karma will get you 100%.
Its 8:30 PM Jan 22nd and flight is Jan 25 2:00 pm. Agent said flight is less than 48 hours and cannot make change.

The company seems like a scam - I paid for flights, they rearranged them without asking me to 24hrs before I could fly, I paid them more money to move onto a convenient flight, they did not book this and then tried to charge me more money to confirm the booking.
It's been almost 2 years and I still haven't gotten a refund for a flight that was canceled by the airlines (not me), due to covid! I will never book through this company again and I'm advising you not to either! There's also no customer service contact number.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Unreachable. Takes months to get back to you. Be aware they'll steal your $$$! They refuse to refund/change my booking after the Canadian government decided to close the borders in March 2020. Kiwi.com is A JOKE.
Worst booking ever! Recently traveled to Mexico city with a layover in Guatemala and was left stranded abroad with my 2 year old daughter. My arriving flight was booked overlapped with the departing flight and was unable to board the plane. With flights over booked, i was forced to travel from Guatemala city to Mexico city via Bus, which was a 24+ hour ride that required me and my family (2 year old daughter, wife, and brother in law), to cross the Guatemala & Mexico border by foot. We were "kindly" robbed by 5 individuals who offered help to have a "simpler" experience crossing to Mexico, thankfully it was only money and not our well being. But that was only the beginning, we were booked for a 4 flight round trip out of which we were only able to board 1 flight, all others were either booked overlapped or canceled by the airline (one day before our travel day). The options offered to replace canceled fights consisted of a layover in Costa Rica, which quite frankly gave me shivers. Customer service is useless, its like talking to a machine with an Indian accent. Horrible experience overall, i do not recommend using Kiwi and will not use them myself ever again!
They are a total scam site. They take your money and then won't help you at all or give appropriate refunds.
The offer you flight connections on other airports 2+ hours of distance with a time of 2 hours to arrive, making it impossible to take the second flight. Never use Kiwi! Of course, no refund and no help at all.
Baggage is sold as an upsell but airlines provides free baggage. Customer service awful. Greedy cheap bastards.
No customer service or compromise offered after not being allowed to check in at the airline because kiwi.com failed to show that I required more than 1 document to enter 3 different countries. Thank you for taking all my money and refusing a refund including the flights that are still valid but you canceled them all!
Kiwi.com is a ripoff agent. They should not be in business. They charged me twice for a flight and will not refund my money. They have thousands of negative reviews. They owe me $196.53. They charged me 2x after giving me the option to change my flight. A different agent responds to your refund enquiry. They are super unprofessional. I am surprised they are still in business while there are so many negative reviews.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
