Money grabbing, and sneaky! Stay away!

Just money grabbing company. They will only refund full amount (even if you cancel 2 weeks earlier), to Flexible ticket, which means you have to pay $40 extra just to have the ability to get funds back, any funds back.
Now they will get refunded for my ticket by the airline, and sell another ticket, and just get my $210 as a gift for the horrible business they run.
Stay away from this company!

Kiwi changed our booking within days of our international flight, blaming it on the airline for changing us to a flight that is 24 hrs ahead of our previously booked flight. This change has caused a disruption to our hotels, to our internal flight (which was also booked through Kiwi and which they couldnt help us alter). They take zero responsibility and say that they cannot guarantee the flight. Steer clear and do not book with Kiwi.

And the option will force you to give star before you can proceed. I just click the star to enable me submit my request.

Horrible

So my friend was coming out to visit. She booked her ticket on Kiwi.com. She is oxygen and was told there would be an upcharge of $600.00 to fly. She is on a fixed income and couldn't afford the trip. So she immediately cancelled her flight. She was told they would credit her (they are hard to understand). We got the oxygen figured out and went to rebook the flight. Her credit was only $10.54, She lost the rest of the ticket money. She called me to help her. I called them directly and got their greedy sad comments. $10.54 on a $400.00 ticket isn't a refund, that is a ripe off. Told her to never us these kind of companies. Go directly to the airlines. Lesson learned. Shame on them!

I booked a flight to Italy from US to leave on March 22 (3 weeks from booking). This was not smart of me because I didn't check my passport first and it had expired. I realized I probably couldn't get a passport in time, so within an hour i cancelled online. They issued me a refund for 10 euros. I called them, and they absolutely refuse to give me any more than their "credit" of 10 euros. I feel absolutely sick.
If you decide to use this service don't make a mistake. My bank is going to call them but I don't have high hopes, as I don't think they have any interest in customer service.

Based on my experience with Kiwi.com, all I can say is that they have mastered the art of scamming, and selling air tickets only appears to be their side hustle. I am surprised that this company has been able to get away with everything that they are doing to their customers. I purchased one ticket that I "Changed" to a different destination, hoping that the total price will be adjusted, however, I lost $670 on this occasion. The changed ticket left me stranded at one of my transit points and Kiwi.com could not do anything, not even a refund (lost another $150). On my way back to Canada, Kiwi again appeared to be a cheaper option, so I booked my ticket via Sharjah where I wanted to transit, however, I later found out that Sharjah airport doesn't accept transit visas from my country (lost another $400). After all my losses, I was careful, so, I booked my next ticket via Dubai where I could transit. Bought my new ticket for $1600. Unfortunately, this time immigration was a problem for me and I had to buy another ticket for $400 to go back home and lose all of my ticket to Canada. Totally disappointed and broke, I fixed my immigration related problem and again bought a new ticket via Dubai after a few days for another $1600. The first flight from my city was event free, however, the second flight from Dubai to Frankfurt was cancelled without any warning. Also, this meant that I would miss my Frankfurt to Calgary flight as well. I was stranded at Dubai this time and had to buy yet another ticket ($1700) to be able to make it to Canada in one piece. After all this, Kiwi.com refunded me no money at all, not even the 10 Euros that they offer after a change to a saver ticket. Sorry, I had to summarize my story in a hurry, but please be careful with this company. I will never buy a ticket from them and will always be exposing these scammers on every forum, I promise.

Do not bye through Kiwi.com they are scammer. Once they get your money you not gunna get that back.
They are fraud. They way they book your airline ticket most airline do n't recognize that ticket. Its a scam

A sham travel agent that will leave you stranded.

When I discovered Kiwi.com and the great airline prices they offered, I was ecstatic. I could fly from LA to Europe for under $1k. They even offered to handle check-in and give me my boarding passes directly. Caveat emptor. They're an awful sham. The night before I had a flight from London to LA, I went to check in for my flight. The airline didn't have my reservation. Kiwi, however, had sent me confirmation of payment and reservation. So after spending hours on the phone with the airline and Kiwi, the two finally connected directly to resolve my issue. But instead of fixing the glitch, kiwi just canceled my booking and sent me a refund. I attempted to contact customer service to request they book me a new flight (since my original flight was in less than 12 hours). Instead, the agent simply told me she "understands" and thought explaining the snafu would pacify me. I asked that she escalate my request to her supervisor. After putting me on hold, she refused to connect me, stating there was nothing they could do. So I ended up having to book a new flight last minute for double the price. Thanks, Kiwi, for $#*!ing me in the $#*!. If you're reading this, don't give your money to this hack company.

The couldn't confirm check in last minute. My flight is tomorrow, and I cannot go, because of their technical issues. When contacted customer service, I got told that 'yeah we cannot do anything about it, you can buy another ticket :)' . AVOID KIWI

Horrible Company

I just booked a flight with them and triple checked all the information, but when I received the confirmation email, they flipped my departure and arrival locations. When I contacted them to change it to the correct locations, they charged me an additional fee for more than what the original flight was and claimed the error was on my part. This company is a scam and will purposely mess with your itinerary in order to charge you more money.

SCAM! CORRUPT COMPANY!

DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI COM!
My flight was cancelled due to weather in December. Although I purchased flight insurance, they simply cancelled my flight without the option of rebooking me. If I wanted to rebook it was going to cost me $5000! For a 5 hr flight, originally $1000 (xmas prices). The airline confirmed they had sent the refund to Kiwi.com two months ago and kiwi continued to deny they had received it. It is over two months now, and they have since disconnected their phone lines so there's no way of contacting them. I finally got confirmation that the refund is "being processed, but in a different department and there are many factors outside of their control so they are unable to give me a timeframe for when I'll receive the refund"
The flight was $1000, I never took the trip and now I'm paying interest on my credit card, while Kiwi scams everyone, withholding their money for as long as possible.
The worst company I have ever dealt with, they're corrupt, don't use them!

Extremely bad agency

Everything is bad!
They didn't accept to refund my ticket (cancelled by the airline) and didn't accept to change connecting flights! (How can i catch the rest flights if the first one was cancelled?

The customer service is extremely bad! Their replies are automated, not knowledgeable nor helpful at all.

Very low processing of messages and responses.

Please don't reserve with this $#*! agency!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I have asked for a refund on 05/09/2022 because they change my flight dates. And i am still awaiting for the refund today ( 02/22/2023). Looks like a got scammed for 250 GPB. I dont understand why momondo and flyscaner are still suggesting this company

I mistakenly entered a roundtrip ticket purchase in the destination and departure cities' reverse order (the cities have similar code abbreviations).

I called Kiwi immediately. They instructed me to rebook the flight with the correct itinerary; and their representative stated they would reimburse my credit card for the mistake.

That was a lie.

When Kiwi made no refund in the time period they stated they would, I called again. I was then told it was "not their policy" to make such refunds.

My bank entered a dispute with Kiwi on my behalf. Kiwi again refused to make the reimbursement. My bank gave me notice that the dispute was therefore closed.

Kiwi now insists, 4 months later, that they cannot act on my request for reimbursement because the dispute filed by the bank is still open — that's another lie. I then provided Kiwi documentation from my bank attesting to Kiwi's refusal to make the reimbursement.

Kiwi invited me to call them again. The heavily accented English of their representative caused me to repeat what I heard him saying, "What is the issue?"

He then hung up on me.

Kiwi is a disgraceful operation.

UPDATE: After alerting Kiwi to my complaint filed on sites like this, they called me to effect a reimbursement... but their instructions for doing so were that *I* was to authorize payment to *them* in the amount that I had lost -- and, specifically, for me to authorize a payment be sent to a "manager" in Kenya -- in order for me to be eligible thereby for their reimbursement to me. Unbelievable.

I then called Kiwi directly to tell them that their twitter account — through whom I'd received the above solicitation to send them money — appears to be running a scam. Their representative initially said that they do not have a twitter account. But then they said they could see my communication with that twitter account, and that, yes, they can't reimburse my card... but if I send money to that twitter representative in Kenya, then they will send me a reimbursement.

This is absolutely nuts.

DO NOT USE KIWI

Unbelievable, I booked a round trip flight. I needed to get to my destination sooner than my departure flight and drove with a friend. However I need to return on the flight I had booked.
I attempted to cancel my arrival flight. After several attempts I gave up. Now I am trying to check in for the return flight it will not work.
Finally after many many tries I was able to speak to a human at Silver Airways and told my booking had been cancelled because of a noshow on the arrival flight. I was not advised my return flight was cancelled!
I've been on the phone... tried so many numbers before I finally got threw. KIWI was a waste of time! I spoke to 2 different agents I could barely understand.
I asked for a supervisor was told they are not available.
Waste of time and money
I WILL NEVER US KIWI AGAIN!

Disastrous customer management. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire private and professional life. No accommodation whatsoever despite the earthquake in Turkey. Rebooking flights is only possible for an unbelievably high fee. Kamlesh Ahir should unfortunately be mentioned here as someone who has attracted extreme negative attention due to his unaccommodating customer management. I will never book a trip here again!

Awful service after buying tickets. I did book two flights from Madrid to Japan with reference number ******* for 1189€. The back flight to Madrid was cancelled without any reason, after that I tried to talk to them to change our cancelled flight for another one with the same company (ITA Arways) one our later, but they didn't offer me any solution. I'm still waiting for my money 4 monts later.

They'll hide from you the small letters on the contract and will not help you at all even if you are far from the 48 hours to cancel your trip. No matter what, they will stealing your money as they did it to me.
