This company is dishonest...a total scam. They intentionally booked me on a flight that would not allow a checked bag and for my connecting flight, a type of fare that did not allow any bags at all. How did they expect me to get on a plane for four days without a bag? Refused to fix the issue for me with a new flight and the flight could not be rebooked with the airline because Kiwi used "points to purchase" so it had zero value. Never do business with them - SCAM!
I bought a ticket MUC-SFO and paid on 2/6/23 (*******). I've contacted Kiwi.com 3 times (on 3/6/23,3/15/23,3/16/23) for PNR. The first time, they said still have a lot of time before my flight, so they'll take care of it. Despite saying this, after the second and third time contacting them there was still no resolution. For Visa purposes, I need the return confirmation for my flight. I am unsatisfied with their customer service.
This was the first, and last, time booked with Kiwi. I contacted Kiwi via email three times, and via phone, to book my pet on my flight with West Jet only to be denied, "Service not available" Imagine my stress upon learning that my pet would not be permitted to fly with me. As it turned out, the only way for a customer to book a pet is by calling the airline directly. Not once did Kiwi communicate this and refused to share their supposed communication with the airline. (No one ever contacted the airline directly). There were other issues with my booking with Kiwi as well. Kiwi is incompetent and provides false information to customers. I hope they go out of business.
We booked a non-refundable flight, however the airlines cancelled the flight an hour before take off. In this case, the airlines refunded the money to Kiwi. However, it's been 5 months, Kiwi isn't refunding our money back. There is no way to contact them directly and the chat is answered by different agents every time. Can anyone help?
Take your money and say you have to pay again as they do not refund and the only option is an alternative flight which was as twice as expensive and with more layovers and would happen a couple of days later then needed.
My ticket was Kiwi Guarantee protected and I expected to receive a full refund as a company cancelled a flight. Kiwi refused to provide such and their manager was absolutely noncooperative and instead of calling within an hour as promised, he called 6 hours later in the middle of the night.
I am making a complaint to CAA and other companies about those frauds. It's in process
TERRIBLE UNETHICAL COMPANY. First they changed my flight SEVERAL times, then when I finally decided to cancel my $1500 trip, they said they would "work with the airlines to get a refund within the next 3 months" only to NEVER refund me. I contacted them and they said nevermind, they WON'T be refunding me after all. All I got was 10 Euros on my account that will expire in 2 years.
WORST PLACE TO BUY FLIGHTS EVER! DO NOT DO IT. This third party website is such a terrible service. They provided me with the wrong terminal which caused me to miss my connecting flight and did not help me obtain any other flight they said there was nothing they can do. I ended up having to pay 125 extra dollars to book a new flight that was not even going to my original destination, had to sleep in a random airport and Kiwi still did not help with a new flight. Worst booking site EVER!
Paid $650 for flights with confirmed booking. A few weeks before the trip and the "airline" removed the flight. Only alternatives they offer are 2 days later with minimum additional $500 upsell. There are flights online right now for same day as booking that match original.
Cancellation policy is 3 months with no guarantee of money back (likely "voucher" option).
Definitely save yourself the time and effort. I would pay a premium to book through another option.
How's the EU allows such a fraudulent company to operate and for airline not to block them from selling their product. I'm out$2300... Flight was cancelled And i been waiting right months
Never ever had one single issue. For people simply travelling light with no bags or fuzz, this is gold. Their algorithm is the key, even the Karen's leaving bad reviews have benefited from it.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Kiwi.com's customer service. I needed to change the payer's data on an invoice, and despite 20 messages back and forth, the company was unwilling to provide a reasonable solution. In fact, I felt like I was being trolled by the customer service representatives. It is clear that Kiwi.com does not prioritize customer satisfaction and is more interested in taking our money without providing adequate service. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service look elsewhere.
This website is a scam and cheaters! Please never book your flights with Kiwi.com. They provide incorrect flight information on their website and later after purchase, change it just a day or two before the flight. So nothing can be done about it and no refund is processed. I read reviews after purchasing a ticket and I'm surprised many people faced the same issue. I wished I saw this before my booking. The worst ever flight booking website. Customer care is also trained to give same response. Unbelievable, not sure how they are surviving by scamming people!
It is my worst flight ever, the staff are horrible like the compagny.

They book your reservation with low price but then you are stuck with them for any changes as they give you $10 back and they change their terms and condition to deviate from department of transportation policy. So be aware of these travel agency.

After creating a trouble with the approved package they refund 10 euro out of 1700 euro
(KLM airlines) and they promise to refund what KLM will approve but no reply after huge number of emails (I fully do not recommend this company)
Wij kochten een vliegticket van Jordanië naar Amsterdam. Een paar weken later werd deze vlucht gecanceld en moesten we een nieuw ticket kopen. Geen geld terug voor de gecancelde vlucht.
We hebben een vliegticket gekocht bij een betrouwbare vliegmaatschappij. Vervolgens krijgen we een mail dat Kiwi ons heeft ingecheckt voor de vlucht.
Ze liegen dus gewoon over een gecancelde vlucht en proberen je dubbel te laten betalen. Oplichters zijn het! Wij kopen nooit meer een ticket. Jammer dat ze niet op mails reageren. Het zijn dieven!
Booked a flight to Lisbon with one stop on the way, but one month ahead I got a notice the second flight was cancelled with no reason, couldn't do anything about it and didn't get any refund.
I tried booking two separate flights with these guys. The first one they sent me an alert an hour later saying they couldn't book it cuz the price changed and I could take it if I pay the difference of $181. I had to request a refund which can take up to 10 days! Then tried booking a different time and get an alert 4.5 hours later saying they didn't book but an alternative flight is available for an extra $159. So now I have to request ANOTHER refund of over $400 that can take up to 10 days?! So now I'm out of $800+ for my trip because of this stupid website because I can't even get my refund before the trip has come and gone. WASTE OF MY TIME AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE BESIDES KIWI.COM.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Kiwi.com are crooks and charlatans. Avoid them. Dispute the charges with your bank if you can, and then spend 30 minutes online piling bad reviews till they are out of business.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
