Becka is by far the nicest and most giving person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! She and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that EVERY customer leaves satisfied and loving their clothes/jewerly and other accessories but even more the feeling of looking absolutely fabulous and comfortable in their own skin. Becka is a non stop work aholic and it shows! Look what Kiki la rue has become in just a few years from her home to a gigantic warehouse and a booming online boutique and beautiful store. I have recommended everyone of my friends and family to klr because everything is just so fab! She makes it a point to hand pick every piece she brings into the store and online. She works countless hours with designers to get that perfect fit and oh so perfect feel of all fabrics! I have not personally been to the actual store but am planning a day shopping trip in December with a friend when we go to grapevine to Great Wolf Lodge. We are counting down the days the hubs think we are counting down to vacation but it's our countdown to finally visit the store!
When shopping for my girlfriend and trying to explaine her size to the ladies at Kiki La'Rue they are very helpful and understanding. They're very professional with the helpful tips and hint to making my girlfriend smile when I give her her gift. Thank to them I know she will love the outfit...

Clothes are cheaply made (TWO if the dresses had HOLES in them!) and the customer service is atrocious. The woman running this is unhinged and will write poorly spelled ranting emails if you dare write about a refund for poor quality stuff. Thank goodness my credit card will be the ones to do battle with her (google complaints about this place)
I can not say enough about Kiki La Rue! From the beautiful clothing choices for every body type and fairness of price, to the professional and sweet ladies and Ben, it makes shopping with them online a no brainer! I get so many compliments whenever I wear one of my pieces from there and I get so excited when I get the chance to introduce them to KKLR! This is my first time ordering during a promo for 30% off dress sale. I tried the dress on and it does not fit me like was described by a Kiki la rue rep said... I wanted to return it for a store credit and the woman I spoke with would not even help me out and told ME I was RUDE! Such a horrible first experience and I for sure will never be ordering again! Kiki La Rude...
Hi! Im sorry your first experience with KLR was not the best. Im sorry you were not able to return the sale item you purchased and Im sorry you felt that our staffer was not helpful. I am the owner and did not take your call but can assure you that all calls are monitored for quality assurance. Lauren did explain to you that the item was a final sale because it was purchased with a coupon code. She also mentioned that we also state at checkout that any item purchased with a coupon code is a final sale item before you check out so you have the option to forego the coupon code and purchase the item with the chance to return it. We listened to the call and could hear your frustrations with her but I assure you, she was following our return policy. She mentioned she would need to end the call after letting you know that she had done her best in trying to explain our policy and hearing some not-so-kind words from the other end. Im sure you were just frustrated and Im sure you can understand that she did not know what other solution she could offer.
Also, there is a Kiki LaRue Buy Sell Trade page where you are always welcome to sell anything you have purchased from us (even sale items and for whatever price you would like). Just search it in your Facebook browser! I bet someone would love to scoop that dress up from you! Again, Im sorry you had a bad experience and I hope you will try us again! Thank you!

Kiki La Rue has my vote for the best online boutique. The customer service is out of this world and the quality of clothes are amazing. Shipping is so quick that I feel like I literally went shopping and brought it home for me. I love how they find styles that fit all body types and sizes and feature real women in real clothes. I've been shopping at kikilarue.com about a year now. I have never been disappointed. The clothes are always of the highest quality with no damages ever. The shipping from Texas to California always takes exactly 3 days from the date of order, most of the time shipping same day! Their customer service is what keeps me coming back! I have emailed questions at 11pm PST expecting to wait until the next day for a reply and got a reply within half an hour! They aim to please at all times. The owner takes pride in providing the best customer service even when it means she has to do things herself (and she does) I love that they involve the customer in their purchasing process and allow us customers to be the shopper. It really makes you feel included and that your opinion matters. I myself have never had a bad experience with this store and I can't say one negative thing about them. It is a joy to shop with KLR!
I was charged twice for an order and filed a claim with my credit card company. I received a 5 word response from kikilarue and not a sincere apology. Very disappointed- mistakes happen, but a sincere apology goes a long way. I will no longer be shopping with them.
Hello! Our system does not allow duplicate charges. In fact, if you accidentally submit the payment button twice, it will cancel one transaction as a security precaution. Are you sure you were charged by Kiki LaRue? Sometimes, your bank may do a pre-authorization but that is controlled by the bank and usually released within a day or so. Unfortunately, we dont control that aspect of your account but would always love to help you with your final bill from KLR! I can't say enough positive things about KiKi La'Rue. The customer service is above and beyond any other site. They truly engage with their customers, especially on social media. Everything I've ordered has been excellent quality and each order has shipped literally a few hours after it was placed. Best of all, everyone is encouraged to post reviews with detailed sizing information so it's easy to determine which size will be best given a particular item. I highly recommend this site!
