This boutique is way more than just any boutique! First off the owner and staff are super friendly and are ALWAYS there to help with anything! They are very quick to respond and always are helpful with sizing! The owner had a heart of gold and it clearly shows with all the giveaways in the insiders group on Facebook and everything she gives to charity! The clothes are made of extremely good quality. The owner has actually lost money by sending items back to the vendor because of the quality! Kiki LaRue is the only place I shop now, and it's because of the amazing customer service and obviously the super cute clothes! :) trust me, you won't regret your experience!

It took my husband pointing out that I was going to simply let a package that did not get to me (it said delivered but did not show up at my door) go and not mention it to the business, because the last time I asked a question I felt mortified, and so was just going to TAKE THE LOSS to realize that I am wacky crazy. I am mainly posting this because I see this type of bullying from this company online a lot. The company makes the social aspect of their business SUPER key in how they run things and make money, and lately it has just gotten weird. A business no matter how cool nice or sweet is a place that you pay for an item or service. You do not get put in your place for asking where a package is, there should not be a bunch of people INCLUDING STAFF and the OWNER who is snaping, IGing, and fb posting all day and publicly (not private profile but on the business sales please buy our stuff pages) to leave us alone how dare you not let us enjoy vacation because your saying the site is down, and other things like that. As I review things no matter how refreshing I thought things were in the beginning it has gotten down right creepy that people can not ask a question without saying I am not trying to say anything bad, like a bunch of beat down kids trying to please mommy but asking about a lolly they want. I literally am throwing up in my mouth a little the more messages I am getting about other bully instances.

I have been buying from this online boutique ever since 2012 and use to love it. Recently I ordered the Greyson Double Tassel Necklace. Upon taking it out of the white box it was shipped to me in I noticed the manufactures price tag was left on it (I guess someone in the warehouse forgot to remove the tag). The price tag said $16 and online it was being sold for $32 (that's double). After seeing that I will never buy from here again. It's unfortunate that for the past few years everyone buying from this boutique has been getting ripped off for clothes and accessories that are worth less then the price they are being sold for online.

This place is a complete joke. I used to be able to buy clothes that I liked and looked cute in... but suddenly it's turned into a mean girls club where you can only buy clothes if you are willing to stay up until 2 in the morning and gravel at the owner's feet. The owner is absolutely unwilling to take constructive criticism or any type of feedback that isn't GLOWING. If you dare ask a question that might somehow imply that you are anything but 100% happy then she will reply to you with an incredibly snarky comment, then her minions will attack you as well. The owner REALLY needs to take a step back and look at the way she handles social media and customers that aren't happy. This is not high school and she behaves INCREDIBLY unprofessionally online. Newsflash: We pay your bills! Even those of us that shop here because it's cute and convenient instead of GRAVELING at your feet and worshipping every self-serving selfie you post. I refuse to shop here anymore... heaven forbid I have a problem with something and bring it up because I would probably get death threats from these mean, mean girls.

I personally do not shop at this boutique however, my wife has been shopping here for years. I hear nothing but great things about the employees and the owner! The merchandise has been great looking on my wife and she is always raving about the company and the customer service. Had a chance to shop at the store on a trip and I was able to tag along with my wife. The employees were nothing but helpful and wonderful.

First of all - does it not seem odd that 11 of the 5 star reviews were all submitted on the exact same day? Hmm.
Anyway- clothes rare cheap quality, the sizing makes no sense (a short, slim woman and a tall, plus-sized woman should not be wearing the same size), and the items are blatantly HIGHLY marked up from their wholesale cost. Do yourself a favor and check out Jane.com instead because you can find almost the exact same items at an actual reasonable price.

Shopped in store on vacation - the owner was RUDE to her staff and customers! Sizing of clothes are a joke (I can buy identical items at a boutique in my hometown for half price of KKLR and have better sizing). I asked for a smaller size in a dress to a salesclerk and she took it to the owner (brunette gal) who told her that she should tell me the dress 'just fits loose.' No thank you.
My cousin was trying to return a top she bought a few days before - still had tags on it and the original receipt. First the salesclerk said she couldn't process it because her register was down. Then it was because the sale was 'over 30 days ago' (it was 3 days). Then it was because it was worn. She tried it on at home and it didn't fit!. Owner refused to come over to facilitate the return. Not worth the $14 hassle, so my cousin ripped it up outside and threw it in the trash can across the street.
If you shop here - you are throwing your money in the garbage.

I started ordering over 2 year ago and have been addicted since! I know Ican always count on KiKi La'Rue to have what I am looking for. I cant wear local boutique clothing because of the junior sizing. I am an 8/10 and KiKi always has something that fits and is flattering. I have had to exchange items for different sizies and they make it easy and hassle free. More importantly they have free shipping and it almost always arrives within 48 hours. If you havent ordered, you are missing out!

If you live for amazing clothes that will not break the bank and are looking for a boutique then stop on by here. Not only will you leave with fabulous clothes shoes jewlery and so many other things but you will walk out of that store feeling like a million bucks Becka and her staff are top notch and customer service is the best! You can't figure out what looks good on you but you like it on the hanger well best belive Becka and her dolls wI'll help you out 100% and help you out those fab outfits together. Or just that one special piece you need to complete your to due for outfit they will help you find it. Becka works crazy hectic hours and travels all over to make sure she meets with designers to get that perfect cut and fit and all the fabrics are amazing!

Becka and her staff are amazing! Hands down best online boutique ever! I Appreciate knowing Becka from wayyyyyy back when. I have not personally been to the stores but am planning a day shopping trip with a friend in December when we go on vacation to Great Wolf Lodge! I can not wait! I have heard so many stories from Becka her staff and customers. When you walk out those doors not only do you have amazing clothes that most likely Becka herself helped you hand pick out and put outfits together for you but you also feel amazing about yourself! The world needs more becka's she uplifts every person she comes in contact with! She truely is a amazing woman/role model for all women /business owner/mother/wife & daughter!
