If you order and have a problem. Good Luck! Not only will you not find a phone number to talk to a customer service agent. They will KickSCREW you royally on shipping, restocking and other fees. I recommend you find another company.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM….It took them way too long to process and ship. I ordered these the first week of December and didn't get it till a week after Christmas. One week prior to Xmas…I sent Customer Service an email about the order…took over a week to even get a response. So I, Ended up buying from another reliable retailer. I started feeling as if Kicks Crew was not even a legitimate company.
Now that I need to return these…regardless of the reason…Looking at their return policy…they are charging 3 fees:
1. There will be a return/cancellation/restocking charge which is 15% of the total transaction payment that includes taxes, shipping cost that you paid for
2. Original shipping fee $35 is non-refundable
3. Their Return label is $20.
So in the end…I get back about 50% of my money from my initial transaction and they get $125 pair of shoes back with no expense from their wallet.
Needless to say…this family will no longer be buying from Kicks Crew. I don't recommend anyone as well because their CS policy isn't customer service. They are penalizing their customers for their inadequate service. There are so many options of retailers that is far superior…these guys won't last with this CS policy.

The worst company ever

Sent me the wrong shoes. Sent them back with their label and tracking number. I had to call them after no contact a month later and they said it arrived back. A month later no contact I called them again. They said the shoes actually didn't arrive And asked for me to prove they received them. I said that's THEIR JOB. I used their tracking and I have it recorded THEM Saying it arrived. Another 2 mo the and half of excuses claiming it never arrived. I contacted my bank to do a claim. I called them to tell them I was doing this. "Magically" two days later they "found them" and issued the refund themselves. Despite saying they'd pay for the tariff (which I recorded) they changed and said no. Seemed to be trying to run out the clock on the time frame I could issue a claim with my bank and think if they can be as inconvenient as possible people just won't bother with the hassel

ONLINE SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KICKS KREW
I ordered shoes from Kicks Krew and never received them. A few days after the order you will receive an email stating that the item has shipped - and that will be the last thing you will EVER hear from them. NO REFUND, NO SHOES, NO CONTACT.

Overall a horrible experience. I purchased a pair of shoes from Kickscrew and they charged $35 delivery. Then they took 2.5 weeks to even ship it and used DHL which is probably the slowest delivery company. Product arrived, looked worn and I submitted a request to return the item. It took 7 days to even get a reply and this is what I have been told: I wont get my original shipping cost back (understandable) AND they charge $20 for a return label and a 15% return fee. So returning them is effectively pointless. My advice - never order from this company.

Contacted them within 15 minutes of placing an order to try and change the color of the same style sneakers for my niece because my mom made a mistake. They held on to the shoes and my money and we're going to charge me 15% just to change the color of the order and $30 in shipping charges. I hope they go out of business immediately. I should have stopped payment

Kicks Crew SUCKS

Ordered a pair of shoes for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas on December 6. December 13 get an order update that the shoes had been shipped by the seller to Kicks Crew for review. CHRISTMAS EVE, receive an email that my order was cancelled because of no inventory by the seller(how if they already shipped my shoes on Dec 13?) and now my daughter doesn't get her shoes Christmas morning. Not worth trying to save $20-30 dollars! Go buy them from a reputable/local company!

Be aware

Be sure there is no chance you will need a return. Their full return policy is 15% restock on entire total price (includes shipping & tax) + $20 for return label + non refundable $35 shipping. In the end it would have cost me $100 just to return 1 pair of shoes! Not to mention it took me 2 weeks to get them. You have 7 days to return (with hefty fee). This is why people default to bigger companies like Amazon and other. I feel bad for smaller businesses but this is why I will never shop here again. Crazy $$ return policy won't bring me back.

This place is the worst! I ordered a month ago to have in time for Christmas. I have reached out
Multiple times and keep getting the same canned message. Now they marked as shipped but no tracking number so I think they are just trying to shut me up. I doubt I will have this before Christmas if I ever get them at all

Don't order from this place!

We are having very disappointing experience with this platform. We ordered the shoes 2 weeks ago and till now we didn't get any fit back about the date of delivery. I sent cancelation request three times and there is no answer. This is totally disrespectful service. Looks like frauds l!

Wow, do NOT use this company.
Wow, I can not put into exact words of my dissatisfaction with this company, the policy of response and what they consider good business practice. Ordered item on 12/6, no communication what so ever on the order, until 12/18, then, really nothing other then the order was in process, not fulfilled, not shipped, in process. This is 12 working days, and I am not sorry to say this, but on line services are 24/7, you take orders 24/7, you fulfill orders 24/7. Not a hard order, very easy shoes, Nordstrom has the same shoe for $12 more, so they received my business and I cancelled this order. Very bad experience, poorly managed company, not centric to consumer needs or trends.

Amazon has it right...

Scam

Can not place orders for multiple shoes. Can not cancel order if size is incorrect. Company charges 15% to cancel orders that are not shipped instead of helping you change the order. Bad experience with customer service.

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Charged $70 for shipping - no review order page. To cancel my order minutes after shipping (when they had not had a moment to pick or pack anything) would have been basically the same amount. I do not recommend.

Fast and easy

I was really skeptical of this website after reading so many reviews saying that processing took too long and so many people had to request refunds. Thankfully, the shoes I ordered arrived in about a week. The only thing I will say is that it was very expensive and I probably could've gotten them cheaper from another reseller. I think the reason why some shoes take so long to deliver is not a flaw on behalf of Kicks Crew, but the resellers which they are affiliated with. Fast and easy purchase and I'm very satisfied.

If I can give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes from Kickscrew back in August that I never received. I paid $299.21 dollars for nothing and I can't even receive a full refund. My package was lost by UPS. I initially thought the blame was on UPS so I filed a claim and waited 2 months to receive update that my claim was paid. There was no payment on my accounts. I even waited 10 business days for payment to reflect, still nothing. I contacted UPS only to be informed that the claim payment was paid out to the sender which is Kickscrew, 10 days ago. Kickscrew never notified me so I contacted customer service. With no explanation whatsoever I was refunded $200.64, $99 dollars short of my original payment. It is amazing how a business that gives zero fs about their clients can sustain

Do not buy from kickscrew! It has to be the worst online experience I have had in years. I payed for a pair of shoes and after I had paid I had realised the cost of postage was so high that it made any savings on the shoe redundant. After a minute of pressing purchase and paying for the item, I reached out to kickcrew to ask for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued. They then informed me that I could only get store credit or incite a 15% deduction on the refund. I but back but with no luck so diceded to take the loss on the chin as I didn't want them to take the rest of my money regardless if it was going to cost me. They then issued the refund and I noticed that they had taken 15% of the whole sale including the postage! How are they including postage in the deduction. Nothing was shipped, nothing was picked or packed, nothing was had been done apart from them pressing cancel on their end. Absolute robbery, I would never buy from them and I would recommend buying from anywhere else and save any heart ache. Kickscrewed!

1. They are not a legit manufacturer but a re-seller who charges up to 40% more than what you can buy these for from a legit seller.
2. They make exchanges and returns hell. They assume you wear the shoes and make you send many pics of the shoes and the box!
They make you pay for shipping both ways and then if you want to exchange they will charge you shipping again + a % 15 fee for the total cost. They insist you agreed on this.
3. The shipping is slow even though it may only be a state away.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Kicks Crew. A few years ago, I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers that were not only stylish but also highly durable. I wore them daily for two years before they showed any signs of wear. Given this history, I was excited to repurchase the same model.

However, my experience this time was vastly different. After only wearing them 6-7 times to the gym and once or twice outdoors, I noticed the soles of both shoes beginning to deteriorate. Considering it had been only 14 days since I received them, I reached out to Kicks Crew's customer service, hoping for a resolution, especially since the shoes were a $200 investment. To my disappointment, I was informed that I did not qualify for a return or exchange.

Based on this experience, I question the authenticity of the sneakers, especially since my previous pair from another vendor had such longevity. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and consider purchasing directly from official sellers, such as Nike, who likely offer more robust customer support.
