I am a father who bought a pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. Size a bit too small and required exchange. Two emails to get a response which required me to confirm need to return. I did so. Then just radio silence despite repeated inquiries. In the end, I felt compared to give a negative review on another website. Kicks Crew made an approach to ask for more information which I provided. And still no response. I find this unacceptable.
The shipping experience was the worst I have ever encountered. My package was stagnant at the Slow Sheep GDE facility in Springfield Gardens, NY *******
From January 18th to January 26th with zero communication. To the point it that I will never shop with KICKS CREW again if the company continues to use Slow Sheep GDE as a partner, when shipping my orders. Despite the item being fine, the shipping experience caused significant stress. Their 'ghost' tracking and lack of movement caused extreme anxiety & uncertainty.
I placed an order with Kicks Crew on December 11th. Since then? Absolute silence. No tracking number. No shipping update. No real human response.
I emailed them three separate times asking for a basic status update. All I received were automated replies. That might be acceptable for a $10 Amazon trinket - but for luxury item costing plural hundreds of dollars? Completely unacceptable.
This feels less like a premium retailer and more like a drop-ship roulette where your money disappears and you're left guessing if anything will ever ship. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.

Never buy from this website. I bought a pair of Nike shoes and within 2 month they broke apart — the sole came unglued, and the color faded completely. I only used them for work, which just involved standing and serving people. They were supposed to be for training — imagine if I had actually used them for that, they probably wouldn't have lasted even a week. I obviously filed a complaint with the website, but they completely ignored it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Ordered a Women's 10 and received Men's 10. This had to be the worst experience in my life online shopping. This should be a simple exchange/return process right? Nope not even! The return/exchange process is daunting and then they want to charge you a shipping/reshipping fee of $73.00. First you have to email them with the exchange request then once that is approved you have to submit photos of the shoes then get that approved prior to getting a shipping label and then once they have the product back they request the $73.00 to get the item that you originally ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could I would have left zero stars!
Avoid these counterfeit shoes! Kickscrew sent me fake Jordans & fraudulently charged my credit card numerous times. Thankfully my bank refunded me as Sine from "customer service" refused to assist me. Avoid this terrible company.
The sneakers looked fine when we received them but they literally FELL APART on the first wear! The soles of both shoes have peeled halfway off. They are clearly defective and/or fake but the company wonmt allow a return of any kind. Total scammers!
I placed an order with KICKS CREW and paid $226.52 total (including shipping and taxes) for a pair of shoes. When I requested an exchange for a different size, I noticed the new size was actually cheaper than what I originally paid. Instead of offering a fair swap or a refund of the difference, KICKS CREW tried to charge me an extra $53.23, claiming it was for a price difference (even though the new size is cheaper), a return label, and reshipping fees. They ignored the fact that I already paid $35 for original shipping and didn't provide a clear breakdown of the charges. Worse, their "no refund" policy feels like a trap — they confirmed receiving my return, but now I'm left in a situation where they might cancel the order and keep both my money and the shoes unless I pay even more. This experience feels dishonest, manipulative, and exploitative — not what you expect from a company selling high-priced shoes. I strongly caution others to avoid KICKS CREW, especially if there's any chance you might need to exchange or return something. I'll be pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company if they don't make this right.
Beware, your order is not processed for 7-10 business days, then another 3-5 business days My error was assuming a normal transaction as follows: Order, confirmation the same day, shipped and tracking number withing 48-72 hours and the product received in less than 5 business days. I was wrong! After choosing the product, then paying I was sent an order notification that it will be "reviewed" in 7-10 business days, then another 3-5 business days to be shipped. I could not wait so I requested a refund. That is when the scam started They do not disclose the processing time when purchasing, bury the 25% refund fee in T&C (10 days to refund 🙄) and are slow at responding to customer service requests. They go back and forth with emails every 2-3 business days, asking dumb questions to delay the refund process. From their terms: Tracking numbers are usually provided within 7-10 business days of order placement. In some cases, KICKS CREW may take up to 30 days to receive, review, and ship an item

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kicks Crew. The entire return process took all most two months, and all I wanted to do was exchange the pair I ordered for my son—one size too small—for the correct size. Instead of a straightforward exchange, Kicks Crew made the process unbelievably difficult and frustrating. After finally going through all the hoops to return the brand-new, never-worn shoes, I was shocked to receive only 50% of what I originally paid as a credit. This is absolutely unacceptable. I didn't even bother emailing your company to express how terrible my experience was because, frankly, it's clear that no one at Kicks Crew cares about customer satisfaction. My son's birthday was on January 9th, and since then, I have been stuck battling with your company to resolve this issue. Only yesterday did I finally receive the partial credit—after weeks of hassle and disappointment. This is terrible business practice and an awful way to treat customers. I will not be recommending Kicks Crew to anyone and will certainly think twice before purchasing from your online store again. I need to make a return. You only have 7 days to do a return. You can't speak to anyone and you have to send it e-mail. They don't get back with you so there is no way to make the return. It is a very poor excuse for a company and I will never order from them again and hope no one else does. It is a very huge waist of money.
They will not respond to your emails so you miss your return window, which is only 7 days. I would never order from them again.
I've filed complaints with my financial institution, the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, The State of California's Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau, because all of Kicks Crew's online reviews at the Better Business Bureau, Reddit & Pissed Consumer, all share the same fate. As seen in their endless horrible reviews, Kicks Crew takes your money, holds it forever, then weeks later may finally send you either used or counterfeit shoes, but most of the time, after several weeks go by, Kicks Crew finally says they can't fulfill your order at the price they advertised the shoes for and then, will only issue consumers a partial refund.
Even it you get counterfeit or used shoes from Kicks Crew and want to return them, Kicks Crew will deduct an outrageous fee, from your refund, for returning them.
In addition, customers who catch on quickly and cancel right away, Kicks Crew charges a 25% cancellation fee, for doing absolutely nothing. They are now demanding I drop my disputes and only then, will they process a 75% refund. What's even worse than that, is when I tried to resolve this with them and get a refund, I called Kicks Crew Customer Service Department at 833-278-**** and no one, could tell me what I ordered and how much I had spent. When I gave them my order number, they would pretend to look it up, but when I would ask them to tell me what I had ordered and how much was the purchase amount, Kicks Crew Reps became very hostile and proceeded to take sarcastic random guesses, telling me that I had ordered panties, underwear and bras, from a shoe store.
Then Kicks Crew Reps proceeded to hang up on me, 25 times, repeatedly. This is a total scam and Kicks Crew is using deceptive trade practices and fraud, as their business model. Their online complaints are endless. I would highly recommend you run screaming from Kicks Crew and report them, to every possible agency, that you can.
My nightmare started on February 19th, 2025, when I placed an order for tennis shoes, from Kicks Crew, which is an online shoe store, also featured on Shop.
The shoes were $90.00, the shipping fees were $35.00 and the tax was $6.23 for a total of $140.23. I wholeheartedly believed the shoes were in stock and would be shipped promptly from Kicks Crew. The confirmation email from Kicks Crew stated, "Your order has been confirmed, and the seller is preparing it for shipment to our facility for authentication." That was very alarming, because it states Kicks Crew does NOT have any shoes at all and instead, is "attempting" to source shoes purchased from them, from God knows where. I started searching for online reviews immediately after getting that email from Kicks Crew and that is when, every red flag went up and I emailed Kicks Crew on February 20th, 2025, to cancel my order and ask for a full refund of $140.23.
Today is 2/25/25 and Kicks Crew, is demanding I cancel all my disputes for a refund of only 75%. They can kiss my ***
Worst buying experience ever! While the customer service is pretty responsive, anything else - especially the return/change policy is really really bad!
I spent £41 for the delivery and the shoes were delivered to the wrong address and the company did not help fixing this.
Moreover, unfortunately the number of the shoes was wrong and we had to send them back and ask for a refund. Not only we had to pay a delivery to HONG KONG to return the item to them, also: they did not refund the £41 of the original shipping as well as kept 15% of the total order amount (including the shipping fee even if they did not refund it).

Stay away if you value your money and time. Received something wrong without their tags and they've replied that it cannot be done anything, because the tags are missing. So are my shoes. Just lost £400 because 0 help.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away from Kicks Crew!
I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Kicks Crew. I bought a pair of shoes, and when I tried to exchange them, they had the audacity to ask me to pay even MORE money on top of what I already spent! What kind of exchange policy is that?! Most reputable companies offer free exchanges or at least a reasonable fee—not some ridiculous extra charge.
Their customer service is unhelpful and slow, making the entire process even more frustrating. At this point, I feel completely scammed. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Kicks Crew is NOT worth it!

Kicks Crew offers sneakers at lower prices than many other sites, but there's a reason for it. Shipping fees are extremely high, and their return policy is terrible. You must email them to request to return an item, and if approved, you're hit with a 15% restocking fee plus a $20 return label fee. The hidden costs can outweigh the savings.
No phone number to contact. They want a month to fulfil order. I ordered shoes for my son for Christmas on December 9th. NO CHANCE of getting them until a week or two after Christmas. They refuse to cancel my order. Total scam
