Ordered a large box of K-cups from these sheyster's and since they use the cheapest most ineffective free shipping class around, it was lost by the UPS Surepost people. I had UPS open an investigation on the claim, and they quickly approved my claim and notified Keurig. I've been calling and texting them for more than a week now, and even though they say they have issued me a refund for my purchase, it never showed up in my bank account. Stay away from these crooks at all costs! Buy your coffee anywhere but Keurig.com.
Wouldn't know about their product as the continued incompetence, lies and lousy customer service will keep me from purchasing from them. If you do purchase, consider yourself warned. You will NOT have any customer service.
I spent $200 on a keurig Supreme. As soon as factory warranty ended so did the machine. I have a ten dollar Walmart coffee maker that is 6 years old and still works. I followed all the instructions on keurig price of crap machine. It quit even coming on DONT WASTE GOOD ON BAD PRODUCTS THAT DONT LAST
The most horrendous customer service EVER! Offered a special - free older Keurig is we signed up for regular deliveries - didn't deliver the Keurig & won't cancel the deliveries
The advertising and the looks of these coffee makers convince well intentioned coffee lovers to fall for it. The machines are garbage and they break in one year. I am on my third and last, this was a gift. The warranty is not honored, the customer service conducts an interrogation script when you call to report a failure on the coffee makers and at the end of 30 minutes they deny the repair or replacement. Report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau, just like I am doing.
These machines are low quality and fail all the time. For the price of the K-cups, they should give you the machine for free!
Whatever you do, do not order directly from Keurig.com. If something is wrong, the return process is an absolute nightmare. Had to call multiple times even though I was promised return calls. Have to pay for return shipping on your own, which with the size of a brewer box is crazy expensive, about a third of the price of the brewer in my case. It would be nice if they could just offer a label for a return fee since I'm sure they get shipping discounts with everything they send. Even after sending brewer back, was promised in return instruction email that I would receive funds back in 7-10 business days. Have waited that long and still have not seen anything in my account. Contacted them again this morning only for them to have to send it to someone else who is will supposedly call me back in 24 hours. Not holding my breath...
My K Supreme Plus stopped working as I de-scaled it. I called Customer Service and received a new machine 4 days later! I am very pleased with the quick response and service!
Do not purchase from Keurig direct. Go through Costco or other retailer with a good return policy - they did not say you needed to purchase the filter separately and when we called they said they would charge us extra for it. When I asked to return within the 30 day customer satisfaction return window they will charge you shipping to return it. Also the Discount deal with a unit + auto delivery of coffee they will charge you for 16 units as well, about $74 so I paid 133$. For the unit and will be charged $50 shipping and $74 for coffee.
I just do not understand how a company can charge so much for a coffee maker that sounds like a 747 landing when you turn it on. Evidently, the pump is not strong enough to pull the water where it needs to go... so fix it or give the public at least a 50% discount. Seriously!
My mini, single serve Keurig worked great the infrequent times I used it over a two-year purchase. Then it didn't. Expensive purchase for moderately low number of uses. Also kept it decalcified as specified with a Keurig product for that. Very disappointed. Going to look for an alternative product versus another Keurig. Maybe they should rename the product: Keurig Maybe-go
If I could give this company zero stars I would! I have been a customer of this scam of a company for ten years- glutton for punishment. I purchased my class brewer in August 2021. The unit worked perfectly for 4 months, I did all required maintenance and care. The past week the unit has started shutting off mid brew. I descaled a few extra times and the water looks clear and clean. I called customer support- I went through the trouble shooting steps. She advised that I purchased a defective product- from target. She followed that up with- we cannot help you because your 4 month old unit is out of warranty. A $100 product that is 4 months old and was sold to a consumer defective and is out of warranty! I am furious, this company is scamming people out of money at this point. You put defective products on the shelf knowing that your that your short warranty will cover your butts when the unit craps out on people. I am so glad competitors are now putting products on the shelf that will hopefully run this company into the ground! Horrible business practices with very unhappy consumers!
This was a Christmas present in 2021 the machine stopped working under 6 months. I called CS and they did sent me a new one. Again under 6 months the machine once again just stopped working! Do not buy this model!
I purchased from keurig.com, received my package and was missing an item, called customer service 3 times to get it resolved, its been over a month and noone has helped me, customer service is outsourced outside of the U.S. and apparently they only have "so much control" over how they can resolve an issue, mind you the item im missing is just under 20$, all i want is for my missing item to be replaced, not asking for a refund. Its terrible that i cant simply get the item i paid for? Feels like theft and being cheated. Pretty disappointed with this site, first and last time i will be purchasing directly from the site.
We purchased the K-Supreme plus model after visiting friends who had one. This brews great coffee, it has strength & heat settings plus uses 5 spikes to puncture the pods. It makes great coffee so love the design…. But after about 6 months & a descale the machine started to act up. The display would not remove the "descale" then it stopped brewing the selected size (4, 6, 8 10) oz. It was under warranty & Keurig was great they sent us a brand new machine. But again after only about 3 weeks the same thing happened.
Love the coffee it brews but must have a design flaw. Buyer be aware of this.
I've owned five keurig coffee makers and the maximum life was the first one which lasted six months. All others failed within two months. The last one purchased from Target lasted 30 days. It emitted
Lots of steam, spit coffee all over the counter top and gave me two ounces of coffee. Cleaning did dot correct the problem. My wife called customer service and demanded a full refund. She was informed that because it was purchased at Target the warranty was not covered nor would they refund the purchase price. After much heated words they agreed to ship me a replacement. After less than a week of use I'm back getting lots of steam, spitting on the counter and two ounces of coffee. This week I'll be looking for a new coffee pot and keurig will not be considered. Piece of junk that even China would not want to put a label on!
I am new coffee drinker and bought starter kit from Keurig.com. At the time sign-up it was not very clear that I am committing for 24 box of pods with higher price than market. After buying I started getting pods, even though I did not finished previous lot. I called Keurig and requested to resolve this and stop sending me auto delivery. Then they charged me with full cost of machine. I called many times for help, but their customer service is veered, person who picks the call cannot take any decision, they tell you that you will get a call back, but you never get any call. Overall I feel it is a trap for new coffee drinker.
I have been trying to return an order for 7 days straight now. Have called/emailed/chatted everyday and still haven't gotten any help. Everyone I have spoke with tells me that I need a specialist and they will get back with me. Yet I haven't gotten anything back. However I get a survey immediately after every contact. You better believe I am leaving the more accurate/awful reviews possible. Definitely wont be purchasing from this company in the future.

I needed a Keurig replacement and it took 4 weeks until I got a response from Keurig.
The representatives don't seem to know what is going on and can't help with issues.
