I have tried all of the different diets. And keto definitely works the best for me. I realize it's not for everyone, but if you haven't tried it, you should give it a shot. This app is helpful in keeping me on track and giving me ideas for meals. If you don't use an app like keto cycle, then it will be very hard to succeed.

I have been doing this for weeks and, when i started the first week it was very rough and i didn't expect to see any results for like 2 months but i started seeing results within the 3rd week and i love the results i am getting, i feel more confident in my skin and i love my self more

App is super informative and well organized. Very easy to navigate! Cannot wait to try some recipes.

I'm actually on a low fat vegetarian diet. I regard any diet to be a fat diet of it as best. And the low carbohydrate/high fat ketogenic diet definitely falls into that category. Pretty useful app

Very helpful app if you wanna trick your diet. Very simple with user friendly interface, it has all features you need to stick to your diet.

This is a good covering of the keto diet, and has helped me personally make the transition into this difficult to live lifestyle/ diet plan. I think others should take part in taking a peek at these kinds of things, especially this example of the keto cycle. If others are curious about what it entails to go keto, this is the way to go.

I often go on a ketogenic diet and it's hard to keep track of my nutrition and workouts. Having this app is great for accomplishing those goals.

I love the fact that they show you all these options for Keto foods! They even have the 5 best keto delivery.

I like the infographic that explains what exactly is ketosis. It's also nice that they have easy recipes that anyone can do.

I'm actually on a high carbohydrate/low fat vegetarian diet. I regard any diet to be a fad diet if proponents of it regard it as best. And the low carbohydrate/high fat ketogenic diet definitely falls into that category.

I think that there's a large number of perfectly acceptable diets including the ketogenic one.

I don't normally count calories or major food components such as fats, carbohydrates and protein.

I downloaded this App just out of interest to see what the composition of my diet actually is, using it just for a few days. I'd guessed previously that my diet is 70:20:10 carbohydrate: protein: fat (and it will be interesting to see what it actually is) but it's very easy to use with extra features including being able to include exercise calories, so I may continue using it.

Thanks there's like this to help people to achieve their goals and not just to have a good body but to have a good health as well by giving right food to eat. Being young is doesn't mean you don't have to think of what u eating thanks now I have a guideto follow :)

I really liked the app since it featured a lot of fantastic meal prep ideas as well as a shopping list to help you keep track of what you need to prepare yourself for the diets. The most difficult aspect of sticking to a diet is figuring out how to structure it. The Keto diet piqued my attention a long ago, but I just started following it last month. The Keto Cycle app appealed to me since Keto is not an intuitive diet.

I really should have looked for online reviews before purchasing this! Everything 98% of what all of your reviews say, I echo! The recipes and meals are repetitive and not appetizing at all! To top it off they just auto billed me for a new subscription without any prior notification. They could have operated in a totally legit manner and had PLENTY of repeat customers, instead of having to nickel and dime people and get over on them! Absolutely a total scam!

I am honestly going to give this a try. This is exactly what I was looking for to get my weight back on track.

I purchased this and within 12 hours I k ew that this was no at program for me. The meals looked unappetizing and soooo many eggs. I did email right away asking for a refund and they responded quickly, but I could only receive a partial. Buyer beware I guess. There are programs out there like Senza that have a scanner so you don't have to sit and manually put all the calories, fats and proteins etc.

In One of my more weaker moments of needing Support for the keto diet I decided that I was going to purchase this app to help me. As soon as I put in my information and hit submit I got a fraud alert from my bank. Thankfully the payment was denied. It says that it comes from Lithuania and since I have locks on my cards to not allow for any purchases outside of the country it automatically triggered an alert. Customer service for the keto app was contacted with questions about this with no response whatsoever. New bank card issued and accounts all safe so that's a pain but good on my end. This app is Useless and a scam. Pretty sure the company is a shell and a fraud as well. I'm Buying a book instead and relying on my own brain to do this right. Please do not attempt to purchase as its a fake app and a scam. I hate that i even have to pick a star to make this post appear because negative 10 starts is where it's at.
