Overall the shopping experience was great. The products were easy to find on the pages and there were good descriptions. Checkout provided several options with most credit cards. The site did not require me to become a member. After payment, there were several communications to me providing the status of my order. It arrived 3 days following the ordering. Both products showed great quality and they both worked upon arrival. Overall a super experience.

I got the two carrying bags. But two different kind. So I called, talked to George a very nice and kind man. (He was great) he checked the order after I gave him the part numbers on the two bags. He came back on the line and said, he was shipping a correct one, apologized for the mistake of parts. I asked him how I was to ship the wrong one back. He said to keep it cost too much to return. I said thanks. Then a few minutes later I got an email showing another bag being shipped at no charge. I am now going to buy more from your company, very happy customer. I was expecting to receive the Z-Lynk in a minimum of 2 weeks. To my surprise, I got it in 3 days! Hooked it up and it worked perfectly on my Whites Spectra Vx3.
