This item is a Christmas gift so right now unable to rate this item, I will say the item came in good shape as far as I can tell, box is intact, happy with that.

The Box was at my house when I got home. Its heavier than I expected. Looks awesome, a few scratches but its ok.

Although it is a Christmas present and not opened yet, I was happy over all with the service, shipping and delivery. Unfortunately my husband knows what he is getting for Christmas because it has it on the return label (no Christmas surprise). I have to ship packages to his work because of porch pirates. He is super excited about his gift and he can write a review once he opens it and tries it out.

Called after placing order, correction was immediately rectified - did not affect ship date or processing though was late in evening. Rep corrected immediately, and while doing so shared some good metal detecting info. Took less than a few minutes. Worried before calling (was significant mistake on my part)... but there was no need. Thank you kindly.

It was purchased for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I can't give a review on it's performance yet.

Plenty of options and information. Links to more information. Didnt even have to call to answer questions due to all of the available videos.

Order was placed and shipped quickly however order was not fulfilled. Only 2 out of 3 items ordered and paid for were received. Called customer service and weren't really helpful. Told me the shirt was backordered and will ship when it comes in. Why was it available online to purchase If it wasn't in stock we would not have purchased it. Hopefully it's here in time for christmas for my father!
