For this order, I received everything as described and all appears to be working well. I was disappointed in the shipping, but that was Fedex's fault, not the fault of KEH. For some reason, Fedex did not deliver on the date promised but the next day.
Product better than expected
I've never had an issue, either in buying or selling. KEH is fair in pricing and you can be confident of their grading system.
Overall I am very happy. Only complaint was that it took 3 business days to process and ship my order. Understandably it was a holiday weekend, but 3 full business days to process? To clarify, I placed the order on Friday, it didn't ship until the following Wednesday.
That said, everything arrived safe, exactly as (or better than) described, and I plan to continue shopping with KEH because of the great selection and price. In the future I may place my order by phone rather than online though.
