Good rating system, my lens was rated modestly but was in near perfect condition, good price, and great delivery!
Everything went very well.
The lens was as described, like new. My only issue was that I also bought a 70-200 lens with the new year sale, which was savings based upon amount spent. When I bought the 70-200 I tried to buy a different 500mm lens but it was out of stock when I went to enter my credit card, so I only bought the 70-200 and received a smaller discount than if I had purchased both. The next day I checked again for a 500, just in case, and was surprised to see a different lens with a slightly higher rating of like new, versus the one I had originally tried to buy. I purchased the 500mm and it does seem as advertised. However, I could have saved a few hundred dollars had it been listed when I bought the 70-200.
The lens is as described, like new.
Shopping was easy, but I had to enter my information multiple time when checking out due to certain keys taking me back to the initial cart screen

Great product in and better shape than I planned it would be in. KEH camera comparable guidelines for their used products seem to be better than other stores that I have purchased used equipment from. The have a higher standard for their used gear.

Thanks, lens in good condition except for some dust inside, but it was marked bgn, other than some normal wear, seems like a good lens.
The lens is just what I expected, and I look forward to using it. My only complaint is a minor one, it took four business days for the lens to leave KEH. This is much longer than the usual next business day shipping.
Great price and fast shipping.
I bought the same lens for my son, and gave it to him for Christmas. Unfortunately out of warranty when I gave it to him and the auto-focus didn't work. One more time and will see how it goes.
Site did not communicate with PayPal credit payment. Received a notice of "token error".
