I am a return customer at KEH, as with previous purchases I was pleased with the Nikon Lens I received. The description and grading of the previously owned lens was appropriate. Packaging was excellent and shipping was prompt. I would not hesitate to purchase from KEH again.

I ordered a used Nikon d7000 in EX+ condition. In the past, I ordered a Nikon 12-24mm f4 lens in similar condition. Both items matched KEH's description and appeared 'like new' to me. I'm giving the d7000 a workout over the next few weeks. So far I have not encountered any problems; it's working perfectly and producing excellent images. Similarly, the 12-24mm I purchased several months ago also has been working perfectly. Both items work packaged very securely, so I don't worry about shipping damage when ordering. I trust KEH and their condition ratings. I'll continue to shop at and recommend KEH.
Came according to description to a tee; would be nice if in the case of accessories like caps and cases that there be a link to their model equivalents for previewing - not as much to worry about condition wise, but would aid shopping for things that fit.
Needed a small back-up camera for travel. Had just what I was looking for!
