I have always had great service from KEH. If there are problems, they take care of them without hassle. Their service and descriptions are accurate, so I have had only one return in several years of purchasing from them. I immediately purchased a replacement item from them, that is how much I trust them. I recommend them without hesitation.
Delivery time was not KEH's fault. It all goes down to FED EX.
So one thing: it would have been good to alert me at checkout that the free shipping method would require my signature (not just_a_ signature, but_mine_) and that it would be very hard to have FedEx hold the package for pickup or to change the delivery address.
If I'd known that, I might have chosen a paid delivery option instead of the free shipping, or I would have changed the shipping address and recipient.
Otherwise, perfectly good service and merchandise.
So far so good. A shipping estimated date would be good. I paid for two day shipping but due to not having my contact info confirmed the processing was delayed a day. I used online chat to ask about its arrival time and they upgraded me to overnight shipping which was fantastic and I appreciate that and the security but would have been nice if they told me it would be late when they called to confirm my address/information. Completely happy with the end results just some constructive criticism
The only wish I have was to have the original Owners Manuals and matching Strap and Cables included. Thanks
