It took over a week and with my prompting to determine that the delay in sending my order was due to an incorrect inventory shown on the website. Other than that, once the product was shipped, it arrived on time and in fantastic condition
I live in Marietta, GA and would like the option of picking up the item directly from you to save on shipping and time. Otherwise, the experience was fine. **Update** KEH does have a Customer Pickup site! I went straight there and picked up my order with no problem.
