Easy navigation and searching. Limited selection (not too unexpected). Referred by a friend as a good place to shop for good used gear. Some prices a good value, some not as much. Shipping and delivered items as expected. Good overall experience.

This was the best price for a Calumet roll film back I've seen in a while. Shipping was prompt, and everything arrived in good order and working properly. Kudos!
Delivery was late in the day, two days after ordering - not worth the overnight payment considering it went from Georgia to Florida.
The back is cosmetically great, but tears up the tab to hold the developed film after exposing. Should have been checked before shipping for the premium price.
Had issues with check out. Said failure but didn't explain why.

Since I live in Atlanta, shipments from KEH usually arrive the next day. Unfortunately they ship via FedEx which, in my experience, is unpredictable when shipping to other addresses where FedEx fails to leave delivery notices or will not deliver to secured addresses. I wish they would use UPS, but most of my orders are delivered to my office or home in Atlanta. However, orders sent via FedEx to our condo in Alexandria VA are never delivered, and notices of attempted delivery are never left. I can strongly recommend KEH, but I cannot endorse FedEx outside the Atlanta metro aresa
