Purchased Canon 5D MKII, rated excellent +. I thought to was great price. Shipping was prompt. Camera looked brand new when received. First time I tried to use it, it displayed an Error 30 message every time I tired to take a picture. Contacted KEH in regards to matter, they issued a RA # to return camera for repair. They offered refund or a lesser condition rated camera. I chose to have KEH attempt to have unit repaired under warranty and returned to me. Second order was a Canon Battery Grip, again great price, service, and item condition as advertised.

It's in nicer condition than I expected. A tripod head is not as exciting as a new lens or camera body, but important, just the same. This one is in great condition, and cost much less than new.

Received my camera in less than a week. I appreciate you because I'm really hard on cameras and this is the second one I've bought. Excellent quality and lowest prices around.
Needed an extremely stable tripod for my new telescope and mount head. I had a set of Manfrotto 3046 legs before and knew they would be the perfect fit. Looked on keh.com but they didn't have any at that time. A week or so later, they sent me an email saying they had a set available. Then when I saw their price, I immediately stopped what I was doing and ordered. They arrived within a few days and hardly look used at all. Maybe a tiny nick or two, but functionally perfect. I'm going to check keh.com from now on whenever I need equipment. I'm much more astronomer than photographer(I do have a little Nikon crop sensor cam), but buying good equipment for either gets expensive fast. Buying used has saved me thousands on telescopes and mounts. Now I can do the same for photography equipment on keh.com.
