I didn't pay anything for shipping because I was willing to wait, and I'm so glad that I did. The package came (in my case, a Canon ef-s 10-18mm lens) in its own small pouch to hold the lens wrapped fully in bubble wrap. I didn't have any hassles. Despite the lens not having a front cap (that was due to the previous owner), the lens was unharmed. That really impressed me. 10/10, easy.

Everything in the order came exactly as described. The GoPro looked pretty much like new as did the accessories. The camera already had the firmware updated to the latest version which saved me some time. The price was great and the shipping was fast. This was my first time buying form KEH and I would definitely recommend them.

Fast service. Product was exactly as described. The camera is a big jump from the original RX100 I had a few years ago. The resolution with the zoom matches up well to that of a DSLR with a premium zoom.
