Better than before but still difficult to apply filters on your site - you should allow applying all filters and then 'submit' instead of immediately applying that filter.

I didn't see an estimated arrival date. This is something I usually look for when purchasing online. I looked at the FAQ section and all over the website, but I was unable to find anything that would give me an estimated time of arrival. That would be a nice addition to the site. Also, if you are require first time users/unregistered users to use paypal or some other version of payment (other than a credit card transaction) I would suggest making a note about that at check out. Better yet, remove the credit card option from a first time buyers payment options.

Tried to make a single order, two times, without success. Was directed to PayPal, which said all went through... Then was met with a failure sign at the checkout. On third try, I switched to a credit card. However, I am still concerned, since the PayPal page seemed to process each time. I do not want duplicate shipment.
KEH representative stated that the site should have taken PayPal. But, since it did not, and left me wondering about what was billed, I would still give only that aspect a negative. All contacts with humans have been positive. And the items that I ordered were as advertised. So, from shipment forward, I am satisfied.
I am very pleased with the product that I ordered and the price. I will order again.

Easy to find what I was after and good price.
I bought 2 products. Very happy with one but the 2nd turned out to be incompatible for my needs. It was not adequately described so I couldn't tell it was incompatible.
Everything that I have ordered from you guys have been just as described. No surprises! And that's good for used equipment. I am very happy!
It can be very hard to SEARCH the KEH website for products. Other than that, KEH has great selection, prices, and service.
