Placed order for Canon G-15 on a Wednesday, received it Saturday 9:30 am. Product was rated E+ but looked brand new to me. Long time customer and have no reason to change that. KEH rocks!

My only disappointment is that you did have any uv filters for the lens I ordered. When I got my lens (55=300). The lens itself was in pretty poor condition even though it was rated at an EX+. I am keeping the lens because the black flakes found on the lens doesn't seem to affect picture quality. I have purchased several items throughout the years from KEH Camera (70-210mm lens 35mm lens 105 lens a Takahara Large format Camera just to name a few) but I think I am going to have to start using someone else as my camera store. I have just lost confidence in KEH to deliver a quality product.
Other then a little confusion with navigating your website at first, very quick and easy to buy from you.

I am returning the 2 refurbished cameras due to outdated features that I didn't anticipate. I tried to do research online about the cameras' features before deciding on these 2 cameras but didn't find enough information to warn me about the features that made these older cameras undesirable. I think the prices were fair and the site was easy to use, though, and I will want to purchase from KEH again.
It is always easy to look for and find things that I need.
Cart review has a bug though. When click on the cart icon on top right, I can not remove an item and got error. However, I can remove it from cart review menu.
Have bought cameras lenses etc would't think of buying anywhere else. Your rating system is second to none.
I've had a good experience so far. The only disappointment that I have is that I had a coupon code that didn't work for 10% off.

Though high quality on equipment and seriously graded you will have to look into the payment options. While possible earlier this year to pay with MasterCard etc for foreign customers you now have to pay through PayPal only or WireTransfer which is a major drawback.
Other than that the service and handling has been exceptionally good.
