Fast accurate and decent pricing
The overall shopping experience was smooth and the delivery was fast. The product I received was as good as it described if not better.
The priority of the products on the page is different every time which is a bit confusing. I used a promo code to buy this time, which has a time limit. I have left and visited your site multiple times in order to consolidate the order to hit the amount required for the discount in a short period of time. This is why I would feel annoyed when the item showed in different page for the same search result within a short period of time.
All in all, I am very happy with what I got.

A great lens, at a very good price. Fortunately, I receive emails from KEH and check them for special pricing and discounts, so I got a good price, made even better with a discount!
I do wish you showed prices for items, even if they aren't currently in stock. I was debating two lenses but didn't know what the price difference would be between the two since one was not in stock. I am happy with the product I've received. Condition was great. I was however disappointed that you didn't require a signature at delivery. The driver didn't even ring my doorbell. Had I not been on pins and needles waiting for it, the package could have sat outside and easily been taken from the middle of my porch where it was left in the wide open. A $500 package should require a signature.

Everything was fine. The spot meter I purchased had to be sent back because it was unreadable in daylight. The internal screen information was extremely hard to read, and it could not be brightened or made clearly readable. Used inside or in a darker room it was readable. My work is virtually all outside in the daylight consequently the meter is unusable to me.
Looks fine. I got an acceptable price. No mention if the LN- lens includes the box or owners booklet, but I want it and will be happy to get it asap.

So far it was very easy. I'm curious about the condition of the lens I ordered...it was graded as excellent and I've heard good things about your rating system. The 14 day return policy makes it an easy decision...after receiving the lens...
I couldn't be happier. The lens is in fantastic condition, I love it. It didn't come with caps...I do wish the description of the lens was more detailed, but none the less I was not expecting the lens itself to be in such good condition. I do feel like the memorial day discount, put this at the right price.
I was very pleased to get my hands on an Ex condition Pentax FA 24-90 lens for alternative use on my new Pentax K1 FF camera.
It will be a worthy walkabout lens in contrast to the pro-level monster Pentax DFA 24-70 I recently bought.
The lens is as claimed in Ex condition.
