Great and easy!

Only glitch with your site: the transfer to the people who handle credit card transactions didn't work on the first try.

Cannot give true rating for the last question... it depends on the reliability of the camera and lens I am purchasing.

Easy to use and had what i needed.

Did a lot of research, including ebay, the Japanese market, etc. KEH is not cheap, but appears fair, provides good customer service, and the six-month warranty was a clincher. However, although the merchandise was not damaged in transit, the cardboard outer box lacked packing material, i.e bubble wrap, cushioning paper or foam 'popcorn.'

I can always trust the Grading system; I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

I have used your company for years, and will continue to do so!

For the most part Keh provides comprehensive details and pictures on their products however some items ie filters, backing plates, etc lack details, pictures and general information regarding the showcased items.

Everything is good. I just wish free shipping was faster, like 1 day over-night.

The US / Canadian exchange rate and the shipping kicked the heck out of the price, but nothing you can't do there j don't think... Otherwise, very pleased with prices and service
