The price for my camera was better than Amazon with condition and Price combination and the delivery was faster than expected. It seems that KEH has more choices than Amazon since cameras is the only thing they carry.
Sent my sons camera to be repaired paid almost $350 for the card reader to be fixed. Picked up the camera got it home and still didnt work. Took it back to be repaired with the same issue and they refused to fix it under the warrantee and wanted to charge us almost $350 again, Manager Greico the repair manager didn't return multiple calls for two months and when he finally did he was condescending, rude and basically called me a liar that they did fix it. I will never go there again.
My Canon lens arrived on time and packed with lots of bubble wrap, but the original box of the lens was not included. I'm not sure because the lens looks brand new but with out the original lens box and packaging I'm lead to believe the lens might be a store display. In any case I'm very pleased with it and I can take very nice pictures with it at a very reasonable price.

Honestly really upset. I bought this lens for a wedding and there is something wrong with the lens. On all my photos, there almost looks to be a crack in it and I am not sure what to do to fix it.
Anytime there is any kind of sun flare, it creases in the image. I have to go in an do even additional photoshop to try and fix it.
The camera has minor brassing and some marks on the finder screen. The brassing on a black body is purely an aesthetic feature and shows a used but taken care of camera. I like it. It seems to be mechanically excellent and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
My first time purchasing from KEH was a very good experience. Lens was in like new condition as described, also received a little sooner than expected. I definitely would buy from KEH again.

I ordered a used lens and it shipped out fast via fedex. I was sent tracking information and it arrived faster than I thought it would! The lens is in great condition and I have no complaints.
After ordering the wrong lens from Amazon, I went to keh online to see if they had the lens I was looking for. Turns out they do, as well as a whole bunch of other stuff like lens filters, camera bodies, everything! I'd definitely order from them again, considering I had an amazing experience!

I loved the camera, the shipping was fast, and the packing was great, but...
One of the pins in the CF card slot was bent making the camera unusable! So I did return it for a refund, however, I will be buying more from KEH soon!
