I really appreciate the treatment give to the credit card purchaser who does not want to sign up for a paypal account. I have walked away from several purchases where paypal says the seller requires that I have a paypal account to buy from that seller. I hope you do not change your policy. And thanks for the service to Hawaii. I also was prevented from a buying something because Hawaii was just too far away. I can see for a large item, but some sellers just blanket no sales to Hawaii. Thanks again.

The only reason I gave one star to the delivery time was because FedEx would not leave the shipment at my door...they required a signature and that someone be at home to accept the delivery. And I'm not always home. While I understand KEH wants to make sure that potentially expensive shipments arrive safely, this order was only twenty bucks, but FedEX would not leave the package even though I left a note for them to please leave the package at my door. Lesson learned...next time I'll ask for USPS shipping instead of ground shipment, unless the order is much more expensive.

Other than that, KEH is a great place to shop for gear, especially for amateurs like myself who don't want (or need) to spend a great deal of cash on equipment, but want to be assured a quality product. I'll continue to do almost all my camera shopping with KEH.

I have dealt with KEH for many years and have always found them to be very reputable. On this order I followed up after 8 days of no information and was told it was in the process of being picked. It was then shipped 2 day even though the original shipping was standard free ground. I was left feeling that I had possibly fallen through the cracks. The time table was still on point so I was not left feeling completely forgotten. Upon arrival of the package which was complete and well packed I discovered that one of my three items was defective and non functioning. When buying used equipment commercially there should be a thorough evaluation and repair schedule before resale, which I feel might have been rushed or overlooked in this case. After a phone call I payed for a replacement (which cost more) and was sent a return authorization and shipping label to send back the defective part and receive a refund. As "The World's Largest Pre-owned Camera Store" I'm left to wonder if their attention to detail in function and grading of equipment has begun to slip. KEH corrected all the problems and made it easy to return the defective part and have shipped a higher cost replacement out quickly. My trust in their grading system and attention to detail will not be something I take for granted moving forward though.
