Shipping via FedEx Ground Home Delivery with signature required is a real pain! Someone must physically sign for the box at the house and FedEx does not provide any specific delivery time information. As you can imagine, this is a GIANT waste of time having to take off work and sit around the house all day waiting on delivery.

When I got to the website, it was easy to navigate to the item that I was interested in and take advantage of the sale.

KEH has never let me down. Products delivered are always in better condition than their ratings claim. In the back of my mind I think one is going to get by the inspection staff but nothing has in the last 20 years. Unbelievable!

Easy and simple, but disappointed that I had to pay Local sales tax. I realize it not KEH's fault but if other houses are similar prices, KEH will be at a price disadvantage.
