My camera and lens arrived clean and with updated firmware, I appreciate that little attention to detail. KEH is a good source for used gear.
Waited several days, not shipped, I called & they said 1 item could not be found (they should have let me know was a delay!). Told them to forget item, refunded, remainder finally shipped. Main item (Zeiss lens) fine, 2nd item (camera) defective-Should have been caught before shipped! Called again, refund arranged. Batted.333, great for a ballplayer, not a camera dealer. Employees I dealt with were most helpful but their quality control & customer communications have slipped from the great KEH I have dealt with for years. I hope they will improve.
