I am brand new to KEH, but I ordered a lens for my camera on the recommendation of several people in my photography club. I was very happy with the shipping time & the quality of the lens I ordered. The ratings system for the various levels of use of items is great. The site is easy to use.

I was delighted with the quick delivery and the protective packaging. Price was reasonable also. However, I was disappointed that my camera did not come with a strap and my lens did not come lens cover.

I wish there was a cheaper shipping option than Fedex for international orders, but other than that the product quality exceeded my expectations and will definitely be shopping here again and recommending.

Quick & Easy

I have one problem with any on line shopping and that's when you ask for my address and I give it, you say it's not reconized about the city. For one, I live in "Warrensville Hts." and not Cleveland. We have our own police dept. and other city services not Clevelands.

Easy to find and place an order. PayPal is great. Products are like new and exactly as advertised. Honest and accurate vendor.
