Easy to navigate and secure check out.I purchased 2 used lenses from KEH, the lenses were listed as EX+. They were in perfect condition and looked like new. There were no mechanical problems and they functioned like new, I also purchased a flash strobe that came in its pouch and functioned and looked perfect. I will definitely shop with KEH again. I am very pleased with my shopping experience and look forward to future purchases.

I think it would be valuable if you provided a means for customers to tell you what they're looking for, even if you don't currently have that item. Since you're continually acquiring additional stock you could then send an email to the customer when what they're looking for is in the store; perhaps even before it's available on the site.
That would also cue you to what your clients are looking for.
