I'm a long time customer of Keh, and a big fan. I've never been disappointed by the true condition of photo gear compared to Keh's stated condition of it.

KEH has high quality products which are sold at great prices.

Lens would not focus

On my iPad the quality rating often does not appear next to the item. The space is blank. I also liked the old sites list of available items ranked by quality and included cases, hoods, etc. However the new version is much more up to date looking.

The condition of the camera I ordered was listed as "EX" on the shopping page, but changed to "BGN" at checkout. I'm not sure why. The camera I received was in very good shape. Certainly better than 80%. The ratings are very conservative.
