Lens should have been checked over more thoroughly before being made available for purchase. It was labeled Ex condition, but there were several problems that required an RMA for repair. Generally pretty happy with KEH's typically conservative ratings, but this was a miss.

My overall experience was good, excepting the way my discount code was applied to my accepted and agreed to at the point of purchase, but when my receipt was emailed to me it was for the non-discounted price. It might have been a technical glitch, but it made me feel like a bait-and-switch and wouldn't have been corrected without my email and call for a refund of the discount I wasn't given.
