Camera was sent in incorrect color. Customer service was excellent and issued a return authorization immediately.

I'm trying to return one item. I've written requesting an RMA but I've received no response. KEH has great prices, and selection, but this totally pain in the *** return process is discouraging me from searching there first anymore. Any other retailer and I'd already have printed the return label and shipped it back by now.

Always good experience with KEH. But there mobile site is easier to use than the full site.
