Great website for purchasing photography products. The only thing I would add is a short description on every item to show specifically what kind of wear the item has. For example: if a lens has a rating of BGN for bargain, have a small note that says something along the lines of "minor scratch on lens and cosmetic damage" or a list with each individual defect/wear/damage. The current rating system is good enough, but not quite specific enough for my liking. I prefer to know EXACTLY what damage the product I am purchasing has. This is just nitpicking though, I will still shop on KEH regardless, I have never had a bad experience, and have never seen a bad review.
The shopping process was great, and shipping was fast. The product was defective though. The return process seems easy enough.
Had to get my delivery changed to the Fedx location instead of my home. Keh made it very easy to make this change. Excellent products as well, I will always use keh for used equipment
