It is quick and easy but since I live in a country far from USA, it is realy hard for me to comply to 14 days return rule and because of that I am a little stressed for my first purchase from this site. I hope that the quality of the product will be as good as everyone says in internet. Thank you

Edit: I acquired the item that I paid for and so far it operates and looks well. I am greatful that I chose KEH for shoping a quality item. The item not only came in a relatively short time but also is in nice condition. I am glad that I found a site that I can trust for my future purchases.

My shopping experience with KEH has been excellent for over 20 years. However, there was a problem from Fedex this time, and not KEH'S fault. I re-arranged my home business schedule to accommodate Fedex's original given date and time range in the afternoon for delivery requiring signature. At about 3 pm, before the time deadline of 430 pm delivery, I received a delivery update text message that the delivery would be the next day, same time range. So I left to run some business errands. While on errands, I get a text message that Fedex made a delivery attempt requiring my signature and delivery will be attempted tomorrow. I was irritated because I had already re-arranged my schedule to be available to sign one day then find out I need to do it for a second day. It wasn't KEH'S fault, but it was irritating. Initial checkout of gear appears better than ratings, as always. Now to test the previously own gear for the next several days.
