It was super easy. I did have trouble finding info on shipping times for products but otherwise had a good experience.

Love it the Keh camera

The product looks great! However, it will be a Christmas gift, so it has not been used yet.

The purchase process was a breeze. I especially liked the choices in payment, and the overall site is wonderful to navigate.

Update: When I checked to confirm that payment had been processed I noticed that there was a second charge placed for about $22. I naturally took that to be for shipping via FedEx. It would have been nice to see that charge on my receipt instead of a separate billing. Otherwise great job!

Very misleading web sight confusing list stuff on page and appears to be with product then you get its wrong peaces arenit there theyou have to order more next time I will look closer

It was good, but I was trying to find a promotion code that still worked from the dozens of emails I receive from you and I couldn't find one that worked for my purchase. Also, I dislike having to pay sales tax (I am in California), so I would still prefer to purchase from Adorama, B and H, or Roberts / Used Photo Pro over Keh, if they have the used item I want in stock.

I like the volume of choices, but the filters were not easy to use, so it took some time to look for what I needed.

I had a hard time navigating since I'm not certain that what I ordered are all compatible with each other. I am on your site via a referral from a friend who orders regularly. The lens she suggested is not in stock so I had to find a different one. I hope that what I ordered works for my daughter. So far, I'm apprehensive about what I ordered. Once it arrives, I may have a better feeling about it. Thank you.
