I bought a camera (canon 1D mark iii) that was EX+ and when I opened up the box and took the camera out it was mint. Also came with a charger and battery which both were also better than expected. Shipping was fast. Packing was awesome. I have been a KEH customer for awhile now and have never been disappointed and the rating of each item has always been so much better then I expected. I have two more items that I will be buying in the near future and I know when they arrive the items will exceed my expectations. Sign me one happy customer for life

It was easy to find what I was looking for and purchase. I dealt with KEH years ago when I was using Canon film cameras. Service then was exceptional and that is why I came back this time. The rating was accurate and item was exactly as advertised.
The website is great, the prices are fair but costumes in Spain are really high so I won't be buying from keh unless is something unique that I can't find inside Europe. Really a shame because the price and quality are top notch but I didn't expect such a big fee in Europe customs
I believe that the lens I ordered was to have both front and rear caps, neither was included.

Lense is awesome but for $5,550.00 I would expect my Canon 300mm f/2.8 II to come with a case. Very disappointed with that. Just an FYI

It's harder to simply browse the stock than it used to be. Targeted searches are probably much simpler. Still, I enjoy access to the older equipment, and keh.com has always been top-notch for service. Your rating system is especially helpful, and the return policy is reassuring. We all know that shipping is never "free," thus the extra charge for shipping is not a problem. In any event, shipping was super-fast.
