First time customer. Ordering process went very well. Wanted a Nikon semi-pro model so that I could use a wide assortment of Nikor manual focus (non-cpu) lenses that I had from my film days. Ordered a Nikon D300s and have been VERY happy. The camera looks like new and so far, has preformed flawlessly.
Very fast service. Easy user interface on website. My only suggestion would be to put a projected delivery time so that people would have more information before they choose the shipping options.
I'm very happy with KEH, and will continue to do business here.

Although I don't usually buy camera equipment, I needed a starter camera for my grandson that didn't brake the bank and wont make me cry if it gets broken.I just want to see were his interest takes him before I buy something very expensive. What a joy when I received my camera. Leica is famous with how they package their cameras. Well, this camera came to me in a Leica box. I was able to experience a Leica unboxing - what a thrill. KEH always seem to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.
I ordered the camera on a Thursday evening after hours and received it on Saturday afternoon. Christmas came early for me.

I bought a camera (canon 1D mark iii) that was EX+ and when I opened up the box and took the camera out it was mint. Also came with a charger and battery which both were also better than expected. Shipping was fast. Packing was awesome. I have been a KEH customer for awhile now and have never been disappointed and the rating of each item has always been so much better then I expected. I have two more items that I will be buying in the near future and I know when they arrive the items will exceed my expectations. Sign me one happy customer for life
