Quick & easy
Shopping at KEH is simple and easy, also to find anything related to DSLRs. Shopping with KEH can never be a one time thing because you will be a repeat customer. Also, they take the worry out of buying less than new items because they have the 180 day warranty to back the products they sale. I don't know how many times I've bought from KEH through the years but they are one of my favorite vendors.

I would love individual descriptions of product issues/damage- I ordered a 'bargain' item - I would have loved to know the exact issues that made it a 'bargain'. Your return policy convinced me that it was OK to order...

The battery that came with the camera was almost dead. As in needing replaced, expired for good.

I have heard GREAT things about KEH, all over the internet. I made a purchase a while back, or a manual focus Nikon lens, and was very impressed. KEH has the best prices (beating even eBay most of the time), and even offers coupon codes - will definitely purchase from again, and would recommend KEH to everyone I know who is interested in cameras! :)

All the items were shipped as expected, and arrived packaged very well to prevent any damage.
Very easy, though it would be nice if the address form were compatible with Safari autofill.
On delivery, would prefer an option other than FedEx. The order came quickly, but I had to miss a day of work and burn a vacation day because they gave me an 8 hour window and there was no option that I could find to receive the package without signature. USPS is best because they can get into my building, and UPS works because they will deliver to a designated store/business.
